(Y/N) and Andy enjoy their last day in Washington State.
(Y/N)'s POV:
Our trip for our anniversary is over today. We drive home tomorrow. To say the least, my hair has a been a bit wild the last few days. The rain has been coming down in buckets.
For our last day of the trip, we decided just to stay in the area of our hotel since we will need to rest up for the drive home tomorrow.
We found this cute little cafe across the street from our hotel for breakfast. We brought it back to the hotel and watched the rain clouds form.
"This has been a wonderful trip darling. Too bad it has to end," Andy told me as he took a bite of his hashbrowns.
"I know love. Time passes quickly by unfortunately but we still will be on vacation for a few days cause of the drive home," I replied.
"I'm glad we were actually able to spend our anniversary together and work didn't get in the way," Andy replied.
"That's true love. Hopefully we can do something similar for our 3 year wedding anniversary," I told Andy as I drank some orange juice.
"I was thinking we could go to our cabin in Denver for our wedding anniversary?" Andy told me as he cut his piece of toast.
"Oooh that sounds fun love. We can plan it out better later," I replied.
"Hopefully it will be a bit snowy too so it'll be like a movie," Andy said in a dream state voice.
"You always know how to be romantic huh? Ever since we met," I said and was cut off mid sentence.
Andy leaned over and kissed me.
He pulled away.
"Uh ehm is that your of telling me to be quiet?" I asked smirking.
"Nerp you just looked really kissable at that moment," Andy told me as he continued eating his breakfast.
"I don't think that's how exactly that works," I replied drinking some coffee.
"In our little world, yes it does darling," Andy replied dragging out the g sound in darling.
"Otay if you say so love," I said laughing.
"Believe me darling I could have done something more then just kiss you at the moment," Andy replied looking sideways at me.
"Yeah that would not have worked out love," I told him giggling.
"I know darling that's why I went for a kiss instead. I'm a gentle man," Andy told me as he ate a bite of his eggs.
"You are a gentle giant," I said chuckling.
"I'm not that tall though so how am I a giant?" Andy asked puzzled.
"I don't know I just liked how it sounded," I said eating some hashbrowns.
"Haha you are crazy darling," Andy said as he finished his last bites of food.
"I know I'm crazy. But you loveeeeee me don't ya?" I asked him giving him sad puppy dog eyes.
"Yes I do very much so. 5 years together, forever to go," Andy said in a sweet voice.
"Forever to go is a long way," I told him.
"Well as we said in our wedding vows, death do us part. But, even in death I will always love you," Andy told me.
My heart skipped a beat at the talk of death. I don't want to think of Andy dying when I know I'm here to save him.
I raised my juice glass and made a toast.
"To our forever," I said.
"To our forever," Andy said clinking my glass.
