Chapter 7

Darcey POV

It's the day I've been dreading... it's the last day of summer. Junior year starts tomorrow and Austin's been in jail for a week now. Bear said that he wants me to stick by him as much as possible but that's not gonna do anything. For the last day we decided to go to the beach. I change into my bikini and get my stuff together and go downstairs. "My little junior" dads cried

"Dads come on. It's not like I'm a senior. And plus school starts tomorrow" I note

"Yeah well liam is gonna take a head start to the beach so he is taking you Bear Freddie and Grace" Harry announces

"What about Khai?" Freddie asks

"Fred, Khai isn't here anymore remember?" I reminded him

"Oh right. Sorry let's go guys" he said picking up the beach chair

Speaking of Khai I just got a call from her

Khai: hey Darcey it's Khai

Me: haha I know

Khai: how are you doing?

Me: we're okay. It's the last day of summer so we are going to the beach

Khai: aww school already started for me. I'm in lunch right now with my friend Abby. Hey listen I bought tickets for you to come to Cali next summer if you want

Me: that sounds great.

Khai: I also wanted to call and say I'm sorry for flipping out on you like that. And then moving away without saying goodbye.

Me: it's alright I'm over it

Khai: my mom sent you something in the mail yesterday.

Me: I'll look out for it

Khai: okay I have to go lunch is almost over. Tell everyone I said hi and I miss them. Also tell my dad I love him. And give Bear a slap for me. Love you

Me: love you too

Khai: bye

That was the first time we talked in weeks. Why did she decide to call now? "How's Khai?" Liam asks

"She's good. School started for her and she called me while in school" I explained "she also asked me to give this to Bear" I smiled and then slapped the back of his neck as hard as I can

"HEY!" He shouts

"Darcey treat people with kindness" Freddie snarled

"Okay dad" I rolled my eyes. We arrived at the beach and I decided to get one last tan on my back

"Guys... since one direction broke up and probs won't be getting back together we should form our own band!" I suggested

"Uh that's a good idea Darcey but we need to come up with a band name and music. School starts tomorrow Darcey" Grace noted

"I got it all under control! The band name will be named New Direction. And we Wright a song during the week and practice it on the weekend" I smiled

"New direction... has a nice ring to it. I'm in" Bear said

"Me too" Grace walked towards me and Bear. Last person was my brother.

"Freddie..." I looked at him

"No need to say anything cuz I'm already in!" He gave us a wink.

"Should we tell our dads?" I ask

"Sure." Bear said getting up and walking over to our dads.
