if our parents get married then Darcey and I cant be together anymore because she would be my step sister. I don't want that to happen because we can't be together. But they are our parents and I want my dad to be happy. Darcey and I were cuddling in bed watching the vampire diaries. Obviously. We have been laying together for 2 hours and since it's spring and proms coming up I wanted to ask her to prom. "Darcey can I go for a sec? I gotta take care of something" I pointed to the door
"Sure" she shrugs. At this point our family knew about our relationship. Grace and Ashton helped me make her poster asking her to prom. I went into my room and my dad started getting the camera ready to film it.
"You sure you wanna do this Freddie?" He asked
"Yes. Now pass me the roses" I order and my dad obeys. Harry is standing outside the doorway looking at my sign

I grabbed the sign and roses and went to darceys room. She looked up and dropped her mouth. "Darcey Styles will you go to prom with me?" I asked
"YES!" She shouted took the roses and we shared a hug while our dads got a picture of us "Freddie did you do all this?"
"Eh I had a little help from Ashton and Grace" I shrugged
"It's beautiful. Thank you so much" she pecked my cheek as a thanks
I smiled. She's perfect for me. Bear has been MiA for a while but he doesn't deserve her like I do.
Later that night Harry and Louis decided to take us out to dinner at a restraint by the sea. "Darcey would you like me to call Aunt Gemma to see if she can take you dress shopping tomorrow?" Harry asked while taking a sip of his margarita.
"That sounds nice" she nods
"When I went to prom it was with a girl named Shelly Readson. She was beautiful. A woman I will never forget. Then Tommy Harrison came over and 'accidentally' knocked his fruit punch on her pearl dress" he remembers
"That's awful" Darcey said while munching on some fries
"It was. We still won prom king and Queen. She cried for days"
"You won prom king?" She shockingly asked
"Yeah everyone in school had a crush on me. It was either me or Luke Jameson. He wasn't as popular as me. Then I dropped out of school after senior year to compete in the X Factor and met Freddie's father" he smiled and caused Darcey to smile.
After a while we are and went home. Schools tomorrow. I put my arm around Darcey as we are in the car listening to Pink Floyd- Harry's favorite band. she rests her head on mine and I run my fingers through her hair.
She's mine. All mine.
Darcey POV
I was falling asleep in the car next to Freddie overhearing our dads conversation "Lou I don't know how to tell the kids I'm going on tour next week for 9 months" dad tells Louis. He's going on tour when prom is in 2 weeks. He won't be there.
"I'm sure they will understand hazza" Louis pats Harry's hand.
"I want to be there when Darcey goes to prom" he said
"Everything will be okay my love" Louis kisses Harry's cheek and continues driving. Will everything be okay?
I fished my phone out my pocket and just as I did we pulled up to the house. Tired, I walked slowly to the door and up to my room where Freddie pecked me goodnight
**next day at school**
The next day at school I saw someone I thought I would never see... Khai. I haven seen or heard from her in five months. She was flirting with my Ex Austin. Of all people she flirts with austin. I see them both flirting and talking to each other and I decide to just walk by intertwining hands with Freddie. "Khai back" I murmur
"I know" he replies. As we walk into the school everybody claps for us. I guess they saw the video. I hold hands with Freddie and smile uncontrollably. We make our way to our History class.
Skip to lunch
At lunch Freddie and I sat next to Grace and Ashton. I get up to go in the lunch line and I'm in the middle of Bear and Khai. I feel Khai staring at me but I don't say anything. She has red marks on her neck. Has austin been giving her hickeys??
"Khai what's wrong with your neck?" I ask
"Why do you care now?" She scoffed and picked up an apple
"Has austin been hurting you?" I move her hair to look at the marks and she slaps my hand away from her.
"Listen Darcey I know you don't give a shit and I know about you and freddie. Might as well date every one of our friends and leave me the fuck alone cuz I'm moving back to Miami" she barks

Shocked I pay for lunch and sit next to freddie and my friends. While walking over there I see the list for Prom Canidates.
Me and my friends are running against each other. But how the hell did Khai get on the list???
I hear people making snarky comments like "they always win everything" and "it's just because they're famous and spoiled" or "I'm not even suprised"
I tear up a bit but go back to eating lunch. Freddie puts his arm around my shoulder and we talk. "Imagine if we won prom king and queen together?" He murmurs in my ear and I smile.
