Sooyoung's 1st Person POV

I walk into Moonsik's room with the kid laying on his bed, snuggled under his comforter, listening to his dad read him a bed time story through a FaceTime call on the iPad.

Namjoon tries his best to call as much as he can around Moonsik's bedtime. It's not everyday, but he does it so often that I can tell how much Moonsik really does matter in his life. I can't lie and say that it makes my heart warm and it makes me miss him being here with us.

I sit at the edge of Moonsik's bed as I start to listen to Namjoon through the FaceTime call.

Namjoon:
"He's thirsty. So...he'll ask for a glass of milk. And chances are if he asks for a glass of milk, he's going to want a cookie to go with it. THE END!"

Moonsik:
"Thanks for reading one of my favorite stories, Appa! That's cool you got a copy yourself!"

Namjoon:
"You're welcome, Bud! I had to get a copy after you mentioned you love it. I can see why it's one of your favorite books! You look sleepy, Kiddo. I want you to get as much sleep as possible so you have energy for tomorrow!"

Moonsik:
"I will! I hope you have a good day, Appa. Say hi to my uncles for me!"

Namjoon:
"I will, Moonsik. They all want you to know that they hope your arm heals as quickly as possible! And, I'll try and call tomorrow. I love you."

Moonsik:
"I love you too, Appa. Here's Eomma!"

Namjoon:
"Thanks, kiddo. Goodnight!"

Moonsik:
"Goodnight, Appa!"

Moonsik hands the iPad to me. I quickly tell Namjoon to give me a moment to tuck Moonsik in and kiss him goodnight. He understands as it has been pretty much a nice routine. I temporarily place the device on the kid's bedside table and tell my son I love him, hearing it back and giving him a gentle kiss.

I grab the iPad from the bedside table, quietly walk out of the room and after shutting the door with as little sound as possible, I look at the screen and smile at the handsome man on the tablet screen.

Sooyoung:
"Hi, Joonie."

I greet him as I walk to my room.

Namjoon:
"Hi, Babe. How was school today?"

Sooyoung:
"Other than this fellow med student who always seems to annoy the shit out of everyone around her, my day at school was productive. Had a smooth time at the hospital working with patients."

I chuckle.

Namjoon:
"That person doesn't sound very pleasant. But, at least the rest of your day was smooth!"

Sooyoung:
"Oh, she's not! Speaking of unpleasant- what's up with all that media stuff about Jungkook and that woman? She sounds familiar."

Namjoon:
"Oh, you saw all of that?"

Sooyoung:
"It was kind of hard to miss on Twitter."
