Winter time was one of Bubbles' favorite seasons. Actually scratch that, Bubbles loved every season. Yet winter had almost an enchanting feeling to it. Waking up on a cold morning to make some hot cocoa and cuddling with your most loved one for warmth. All the lovely romantic feels just made Bubbles gush and wish she had a boyfriend to share all the lovely festivities with. She hurriedly tossed on a washed up pair of jeans along with some white sneakers and a baby blue velvety jacket. As cold as it may be she wasn't going to pass up an opportunity to look cute no matter what. Putting her golden blonde hair up in her signature pigtails, that went down to her lower hips now, she rushed over to grab her backpack and made her way to the bathroom only to find it already occupied.
Instead of knocking on the door she just waited patiently for one of her sisters to come out. She was used to this by now, since they shared a bathroom it was basically first come first served.

As she heard the door start to jingle she perked up. Blossom came out and looked at Bubbles with a small smile. "Good morning Bubbs", she greeted. Blossom was the smartest of her sisters and also the leader. She wore a pair of white pants with a long pink trench coat type of jacket so she couldn't quite see her shirt much to her dismay, But at least she looked warm nonetheless.

Bubbles returned her smile, "Good morning Bloss", she said as she stepped into the bathroom to apply some mascara and a bit of lipgloss. They were actually pretty lucky to be blessed with such amazing genes. With the help of Chemical X of course. Her sisters and her grew up to be quite attractive, but she didn't like to boast about it. In fact, none of them did. Especially Buttercup. She hated being called anything even remotely similar to pretty, even going as far as to fight people about it. But Blossom would always scold her for it. They were the face of Townsville after all. The people looked up to them and expected great things from them.

As soon as she was done applying the strawberry flavored lipgloss there was a loud banging on the door. It would've startled her a few years ago, but not anymore as she was used to this as well. With a sigh she gave herself one last look in the mirror and stepped out of the bathroom to let Buttercup use it. As they crossed paths she got a good look at her other sister. She was wearing an olive green hoodie with a band logo on the front with some black ripped jeans and her worn out combat boots. Her hair was a bit wild but it looked natural on her. Bubbles just smiled at her and they traded a quick "morning" before they went about their own business. Ah yes just the same old thing they do every day.

As soon as they were all done they were headed out the door on their way to school, but not before saying a quick "bye" and "love you" to the Professor.
School was no different from her home. Very expected. She was just barely starting her senior year and has already fallen into a steady rhythm. Walk inside, greet everyone and anyone possible, hang out with her friends, sit through boring lectures, get called for an emergency attack, fight a big scary monster, save the day and repeat. Yep, just like always. As she was starting to head to her first period with her friend and neighbor Robin she suddenly got a call form Blossom. "Huh, that's weird...", she says to no one in particular. Usually Blossom calls her for emergencies, but this was an unusually early time to be getting an emergency. As she picked up she could hear her sister's panicked voice on the other end, "Bubbles! Meet us at the center of the town mall. I've gotten a report of an aerial attack and it looks like it's more than one villain!". Bubbles was quick to snap out of her daze and quickly replied "got it!", before tossing her backpack into her locker and flying out through the front doors but not without giving Robin a quick hug and asking her to grab her class work for her. While she flew she couldn't help but think to herself. Well I guess now I can't complain about everything being too predictable, but she couldn't help the nagging feeling in her gut telling her something was off.

As she neared the mall she could see her sisters arrived not too far behind. It was quiet. Too quiet. Buttercup and Bubbles were quick to help any lingering civilians up and straight to safety. But it was still quiet after they were done. They started looking around when she suddenly saw movement on top of the mall. Blossom seemed to have seen it too as she started flying over too investigate. Buttercup and her following close behind her.
