Chapter Five : Meet Eric

I went into my new room got my tribal print bathing suit on. I walked outside to see all the guys already in the pool except Kian . " your not getting in or what ? " I asked .

" yea in a bit I'm just waiting for my girlfriend , her name is Ashley "

"You didn't tell me you had a girlfriend" . " Well you didn't ask " he laughed. I walked away and saw Eric looking at me from the distance. I sat down on the edge of the pool dangling my feet in the water, and making little ripples with hands. "Boo", I looked up to see Eric right below me .

"I don't think I properly introduced myself , my name is Eric and I think your beautiful" I blushed then introduce myself , " Hello , my name is Leslie and I think your smile is perfect "

" Is that as far as your getting wet ?" he asked .

" for now , why ? " I asked puzzled .

" no honey , that's not how we do it here. " he laughed .

" do what ?are you ok- " my words were cut off my his hands pulling me into the water and wrapped around my waist.

"Yay ! The princess came into the pool ! " I heard JC scream.

"What are you talking about the princess is right here ? " I heard from an unfimiliar voice.

The girl was average height for a 15 year old, had light brown hair, and was in general very beautiful.

" ASHLEY ! " Sam yelled as he got out of the pool and soaked her in water .

"Go die in a hole Sammy !" she complained. It seemed as if me and her were gonna get along well.

Kian called me out of the pool and introduced me to his girlfriend. After a while someone suggested we play chicken so JC and Ricardo paired up, Sam and Jarred did too , as well as me and Eric , and Ashley and Kian. There was much of a real winner as someone declaring rematch after every game.

When it got to be around 6 o'clock we all got out , gathered around the fire and ate pizza. They started talking about something called vidicon and hotel rooms and Districts Lines Parties. I couldn't help but laugh at everything that came out of those boys' mouths.

About 2 hours later we went back inside and took showers and got ready for a surprise that the guys had for me, Ricardo and Jc.

We started walking down the street then we turned the corner to a little boardwalk. There were games, and rides, and most importantly food. Everyone split and I found myself walking alone for about a minute when I felt a hand interlock with mine I quickly turned to see Eric smiling at me.omg , was this kid trying to kill me.

"Sorry but your hand looks better with my hand " he chuckled . " And why is that ? " I asked .

" Well keep this on the down low but they have a thing for each other and they're planning on getting married and living together forever".

I laughed at his stupid remark and kept my hand in place with his.

As we walked down the boardwalk a couple of fans occasionally bumped into him and asked for autographs and pictures and the normal " are you guys dating ? " .

I was used to the publicity because of my brother and JC. It seemed as if I could never run away from it. We stopped by at a ballon pop game and started competing against eachother . He won but gave me the stuffed penguin. "Your lucky I let you have it " he said .

"Why is that ? " I said cuddling with the penguin.

" Because I love my penguins "

"Then you can have it back " as I tried to give it back to him. He laughed ad my struggling , " no it's okay I just hope I'm return I can have your number ... " he said in a low tone.

I took his phone and put in my number and took about 20 pictures just because I'm a girl and I could.

" Beautiful " he said as he scrolled thru them.

We sat down near a cotton candy stand and waited for the rest of the group to arrive. He began to talk about himself and that he lived down in Studio City . I told him about myself too, then somehow leading into the whole situation with Anthony.

"Leslie .... " I turned to face him , " I just want you to know I would never do that to you " then slowly pressed his lips against mine and began to kiss me . *tweet* my phone rang but the kiss continued, while thousands of thoughts floated around in my head . What was gonna happen with Anthony back home ? Was I kissing Eric just to try and forget about back home ? Would this become a real thing or just a fling ?

As we pulled away , Eric stared at me and said ," you should sing to me". My heart suddenly began to race and I felt my face getting red. "How do you know I sing?" I asked. "Well not to sound like a creeper but I did know a bit about you and JC posted a video of you singing on day at a theater ..." OMFG. I turned red and started walking down the pier over the ocean. The cool breeze felt good and I felt myself begin to relax. I know I said it had always been a dream of mine to sing but I was stuck with the destruction of stage-fright.

I felt someone grab my hand and turned to see Eric's face about an inch away from mine. He have me a kiss on the cheek, and then put his arms around my waist. " Your singing is beautiful I just want you to know that" he whispered into my ear. He started asking about why I reacted the way I did and I told him about my secret. It was beginning to get late so we walked home and I sang Never Let You Go by Justin Bieber. I finished exactly when we got Sam's house and gave him the last kiss of the night, walked inside the house and looked at my phone.
