I strolled down the huge hallways of the Corona palace my face was duller than usual. I was actually recovering from my father being gone but Rapunzel just had to come back and ruin everything I had worked for. I had a name, a reputation. Okay not really, everybody hated me, but I was working on getting people to like me. I mean I was just trying to be a good king but I guess they don't like that.
It wasn't fair, no matter how hard I tried they never liked me. But almost everyone liked Rapunzel. To me that was just plain annoying.
Andrew raced into the room looking exhausted.
"What happened". I questioned
He looked at me, "I tried to talk to Cassie that didn't go well". He replied
I look of plain annoyance crossed my face. "Cassie "? "Who gave you permission to call her that".
"Duh". He replied "Cassie, who else".
"What"! I screamed, he backed up.
"I didn't know you were so emotional, sorry".
"I'm not emotiona- never mind. I quickly said. I walked away from him, I didn't want to hear it.
I heard clanging coming from downstairs. "Wait Andrew who's on guard.
"Guard, there's no guard down there".
My eyes widened. Oh..My...GOD! I screamed inside my head. I raced down the stairs and into the dungeons, which I had been doing a lot lately. When a guard stopped me as I was going down.
"Your majesty there are a bunch of rebels at the door and they want you to come see them".
"Okay but send guards down there nobody is getting out, okay".
"Yes your majesty, I understand".
I trudged up the stairs and towards the door when someone else stopped me it was... Rapunzel and her crew!
