Rainbow had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the age of 3, this was a chronic pain disorder which typically didn't bother rainbow too much. However some days it was so bad that she physically could not move, today was one of those days.
Aj: *goes into the room and sits on the bed* how are you feeling dashie?
Rainbow: *through tears of pain* horrible everything is hurting so badly!
Aj: *strokes rainbows hair* shhhh I know it does and I wish I could take away the pain for you, but you've already had your limit of pain killers.
Rainbow: *through gritted teeth* I know I just wish there was a treatment for this, stupid thing.
Aj: I know so do I. The only thing I can recommend is some of your antidepressants and sleep.
Rainbow: *groans* ugh I hate taking those antidepressants, I'm not even depressed.
Aj: *hugs rainbow gently* no ones saying you are babe, but they help with your mind set when the pain is getting bad don't they.
Rainbow: *nods silently*
Aj: *kisses rainbows temple* ok so take them and then have a sleep.
Rainbow: *sighs* ok.
Applejack fetched rainbows antidepressants and handed them to her.
Rainbow: *swallows the pills* thank y-OW!
Aj: *holds rainbows hand and rubs her thumb across it* shhh it's ok I'm here, don't worry it'll pass soon.
Rainbow: *sobs* I-I k-know I-it j-just h-hurts.
Aj: *rubs rainbows back* I know baby *kisses rainbows cheek* go to sleep.
Within a few minutes rainbow was fast asleep, and finally having a break from this horrible pain.
