Chapter 9 : I Love You

It might just be stupid but I might have a chance...

Who am I kidding Travis and Evelyn just became a couple 5 days ago,I shouldn't interfere with their relationship....

"Thanks for helping me move out Katie!" Travis said as he placed an arm over Evelyn who came there to help him move out

"No problem Travis! And oh Evie,goodluck with him. He loves to leave his Taco 'remains' everywhere" Katelyn who had her hands behind her back replied

"I already know he's messy but I already knew it when I became his girlfriend,I'll have to get used to him" Evelyn said

She chuckled "Well you have to get going now. You guys still need to move in"

"Yup! Thank you again for trusting me to him Katelyn" Evelyn said giving Katelyn a hug

"O-of course" She replied giving her back a hug

The broke the hug and Katelyn and Travis' eyes met

"Travis..."

"Katie..."

She placed her hand on his cheek "You'll be just fine..."

Out of any hug she would give any person in the world it would be Travis' she didn't want to let go from

"I know she'll make you happy" She continued

Travis tightly embraced her "Don't forget,whenever you need me I'll just be a phonecall away"

"I'll never forget Travis"

"And I'll never forget you"

"That's all that matters to me"

"I guess I'll see you Saturday for bestfriend bonding time?"

"Heh yeah...Take care now you two,always be there for each other okay?"

"Always" The two said in unison as they waved Katelyn goodbye leaving her all alone in her apartment

"I love you Travis" She quietly whispered after seeing them walk away

Katelyn walked through their-no her apartment,it felt so much empty and alone with him. But she figured if he had a girlfriend it would be weird for them to stay roommates so she had to say goodbye to living with him in the same room

She entered her room and grabbed a box from under her bed labeled 'Memories with Travis'

"I would never get tired of you even if you leave your messy crumbs everywhere"

She picked up a photo of her with Travis at Starlight Wonderland

"After everything we've been through, all the pains, the struggles...All it took was one memory loss to make you love someone else...

I was never meant to be yours,was I?"

She picked up another photo of her Travis they took on their 2nd anniversary

"It's all my fault,I never got to tell him how much I loved him and now he's loved someone else"

Looking outside her window she can see a billboard of Evelyn in a magazine she did a photoshoot for

"I could never despise her no matter how perfect she is,she makes Travis so happy...More happier than I could..."

Placing the photos down and opening her closet to find a picture of them taken when they went to a photobooth she dropped to the ground feeling defeated a tear escaped her eyes and stained the photo she was holding

"Fuck..." She then started crying and held her arms together to comfort herself "I can't make it without you Travis...
