He pulled me on top on his lap and our kiss progressed, i felt my hands through his curly brown hair and he felt up my lower back. His hands slid up from underneath my shirt and he snapped off my bra. I broke the kiss and he studied my face before pulling my body even closer to him. His eyes showed desire, and want.

"Do you want to? Just say the word and well stop. " he said breathlessly, I thought for a moment before answering.

"Just shut up and kiss me. "

He smirked and we reconnected our lips again, a few steamy moments later I pulled away.

"I think we should stop for the night. " he nodded and I got off his lap and back into the passenger seat. I looked down at the ground awkwardly, noting the uncomfortable silence. What the hell just happened.

I opened the door and got out. Before I closed it I realized I should probably say bye or something?

"Um, thanks? See you tomorrow!"

What the actually hell. Am I dumb, WHY DID I SAY THANKS. Rory what are you doing. And I'm not even seeing him tomorrow it's Sunday. I hate myself. He probably thinks I'm so weird.

I snuck inside and saw my dad still asleep on the couch. I walked in my room, got changed and cuddled underneath my blankets. I couldn't help but think that what if Caleb never woke up? What if he never came back to me? What if he... you know. Died. What would I do then?

I woke up to my phone buzzing, deja vu much? I opened my phone to see a texts from Mia.

M: omg girl

R: what's up

M: I think mason just asked me out?

R: OMG REALLY

M: YEAH HAHA

R: I'm so happy for you two

M: yeah! Sooooo I was thinking would you wanna come ice skating downtown with us?? You can bring someone too!

R: uhh sure when

M: tonight??

R: yeah I'll ask Bowie I guess

M: oooo whos Bowie ;;)

R: if you come over to get ready later I'll tell you lol

M: okay babes see you then

R: hey, so do you wanna come ice skating with me and my friends? I would go by myself but I don't wanna third wheel lol.

B: all I'm hearing is that your asking me on a date

R: no

B: no?

R: well kinda I guess? Just do you wanna come or not

B: I'm down

R: okay I think Mia is gonna make a group chat later, you met them at the beach
