I sniffled and wiped the tears dripping from my eyes down to my bed sheets. Lying there restless, I grabbed my phone. I typed a sloppy text to Caleb- knowing he obviously wouldn't get it. But it was comforting somehow.

"You're- pregnant??" With no response he took that as my answer.
"Damnit Rory, what the fuck is wrong with you?" Disbelief shook my brain and I blinked.
"What? Are you seriously blaming me for getting literally impregnated??"
"Well what else am I supposed to say."
"Maybe try and be happy for me- us! Or freak out and we'll talk about the plan. Don't fucking try and blame me." Bowie laughs and I stare blankly.
"Why the hell are you acting like this? Your acting like a piece of Shi-" I felt Bowie's hand cover my mouth and I looked to see cold, dark, almost black eyes staring back at me. I felt a shiver run down my spine and cold air flush the room.
"Can you shut up. Please. For one goddamn second?" I saw him think for a moment before continuing, removing his hand from my mouth.
"I'm happy."
"You are?"
"Yes, yes I'm happy. I was shocked at first, but once you think about it- we're gonna have a family." I tried to calm my mind and nerves down, trying to piece together why he had such a mood swing. If Bowie acts like this from now on how am I supposed to trust him, around a baby too?
"I don't know Bowie. "
"What do you mean you don't know? A family babe. Family is forever. Forever with you." He smiles and I smile shyly back.
"I hope." He walks up and wraps his cold arms around me in a tight hug. I stare blankly at the wall behind him.
Forever?
"I love you rory." He pulls back and cups my cheek, the blood now dried and the bruises starting to form more on his tanned skin. I gulp and take my arm away, subconsciously cupping my stomach.
"I love you too Bowie." My heart shifts as I feel a warm presence push past me and out the window. The room is even colder now.
