sapnap watched as niki set down three small containers of food onto the counter. minx sat to his right, tapping her black nails on the countertop.

"so, sapnap here is scared to fall in love is what i've been told, correct?" minx asked, sitting up straight. sapnap felt his face go warm.

"yeah. sap, why don't you tell her what you've told me?" niki patted sapnap's hand, setting down three cups of lemonade and walking to the kitchen drawers to get silverware.

"so, um. i'm doing a collab with punz but we started with unpacking his apartment because... he literally moved in like a week ago and i'm fucking already catching feelings."

sapnap buried his face in his hands to hide his bright red cheeks. minx stared at him for a minute before she burst out laughing, needing to grip the sides of the granite counter to keep herself in her seat.

"c'mon, minx, don't be mean," niki scolded her girlfriend, sitting between them and opening her container of food.

"sorry, it's just..." minx took a deep breath, still giggling between words, "sapnap falls in love so easily, it's like a curse and a blessing at the same time."

"the hell is that supposed to mean?" sapnapgave minx a glare, taking the plastic lid off of his own container.

minx shrugged, finally rid of her laughing fit. "if you fall in love too easily, you could be taken advantage of... like last time." sapnap's glare fell to his lap. "but on the other hand, falling in love easily can also mean you see the best in people and don't judge them before you properly meet them."

"let's just eat and forget about it, okay?" sapnap said after a minute, picking up his fork and stabbing into his lunch. niki and minx shared a look but nodded, beginning to eat their own food.
