Everyone was gathered in the City Hall to hear what was going to happen about the werewolf situation. Mal, Ben, Evie, Jay and Carlos were all at the back off the hall after arriving in Seabrook about an hour ago.

"Werewolves are real! I always, always said the stories of monsters in the forest were real. And no one believed me." Bucky complained to the Acey's before sitting down and chewing on his nail nervously.

"I thought werewolves were just myths." Stacey said said looking at JC.

"Yeah, like cavities." Stacey, Lacey and Bucky gave him a really look. "Those are real too?" He asked shocked and scared.

"Werewolves, ew" Lacey whined "I really hope my allergies don't act up."

"Please can I have one?" Zoey begged her father. "I'm the only zombie in my class. A werewolf friend would be great! I'll feed him and walk him."

"Yeah, werewolves ain't class pets, Zoey" Zevon, Zed and Zoey's father told her. "And they certainly ain't friendly."

"I'm okay." Addison told her parents again.

Bucky ran over to the three "Aunt Missy, Uncle Dale. The crash was horrible, but I protected Addison. Anyone as courageous as me would've done the same. Though not really, I am super brave."

"Mum, dad, everything is fine." Addison said, trying to reassure her parents.

"It's not fine!" Addison's father argued. "There are werewolves circling us right now, waiting to attack!"

"Yeah," Bucky agreed "I'm way too tasty. I'm always looking like a snack. Somebody has to do something!"

"And someone will." Addison's mother said "Hold my purse." Missy shoved her purse into her husbands arms and walked off to the podium at the front center of the room.

"By order of the city council, effective immediately, all anti-monster laws are reinstated." Missy declared before hitting the podium with her gavel to make it official. Murmurs of complaint from the zombies and a few humans sounded throughout the hall, but was quickly overpowered by cheers and applause coming from most humans.

Mal, Evie, Ben, Carlos and Jay looked at each other confused.

"Mom, that is unfair!" Addison shouted to her mother who, in return, just made a zip it motion across her mouth.

Zed quickly got up from his seat and stood in front of her.

"Zed, we need to talk." Addison said.

"We do." the zombie agreed. "Even though you didn't write, or answer any of my letters."

"No, I wrote" She argued "A lot. The Acey's shredded all of our letters." Addison sighed holding up pompoms made of shredded up letters. The couple looked over at the Acey's who just laughed and high fived in response.

Zed got down on one knee "Addison." He started "Would you make me the luckiest zombie and be my date to the Prawn?"

"No." She shook her head sadly.

"Great!" He then realised what she said "No?"

"Everyone's freaking out about the werewolves, so the anti-monster laws are in affect again, which means-" Addison was cut off by her cousin.

"Zombies can't go to Prawn." Bucky finished as he appeared next to Zed. "Ouch."

"But we're going to fight this, Zed" Addison told her boyfriend determinedly.

"Okay, so that's why you said no?" He asked.

"Yeah" Zed just smiled. "Why are you smiling?"

"Because when you said no, I thought you didn't like me anymore." Zed explained. "But the only problem here is a bunch of blood-thirsty werewolves. We can so fix that." Addison laughed.

A man in a Seabrook power workers outfit was walking through Seabrook when the Froyo cart caught his eye making him stop to look. He started walking towards it when Coach stopped him. "Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're closed. For good. Dreams of Fro-Yo success melted away. With monsters everywhere. Look, I like zombies. They like Fro-Yo. But werewolves like human flesh. Maybe with sprinkles. Everybody likes sprinkles." He ranted "Just run. High knees, run!" With that coach ran off pushing his Fro-Yo cart.

Eliza and Bonzo walk out of a shop. "They see one werewolf, and we can't go to Prawn?" Eliza asked annoyed. "Okay, we have to fight this. Protest. Boycott. Hunger strike!" Bonzo looked down at his sandwich "Fine. Finish your sandwich, but this is so unfair."

Zoey was hammering a poster to the bus stop when the same worker from earlier walks up to her. "Have you seen a werewolf?" She asks turning to face him. "I'm looking for a were-friend."

"Silly kid, there's no such thing as werewolves." He tells her.

"But we heard it howl." Zoey argues.

"Maybe it was a hiker saying, 'howl's it going?' The worker suggested.

"It was a werewolf." She states "My what big eyes you have."

Before the man could say anything in return, Zoey's father called for her to go back inside, which she did.

The guy grabbed Zoe's poster and stuffed it in his breast pocket as he walked off.
