Minho seem to not noticed her presence there well who would have thought it was this event she was referring to. "Taerin, mind if you walk with me to the front?" as she about to refuse his offer, Jinhyun wrap his arm around her waist, the other one holding her wrist dragging her to the front with him.

"Thanks for coming today. I appreciate it so much. I would love to introduce the mastermind behind the good patisseries served today, Kim Taerin." Jinhyun announced it on mic. She could see Minho looking at their direction, eyes confused. Taerin smiled as she heard the mention of her name, eyes still on Minho.

"She's good." the man next to Minho said. Minho smiled, waiting for the next move from Jinhyun. So they are closer than he thought?

"I have always like whatever she made ever since our college days, perfect buns, but not mine." Taerin's eyes rounded, disgusted by the comment. It could be two different meaning if the people here take it the wrong way. Clearly they are taking it another way. They all laughed so hard. What's so funny about sexualizing people publicly? "Jinhyun I am uncomfortable. Allow me to leave." Taerin whispers.

She noticed the change of expression on her husband's.

Jinhyun grabs her waist refusing her to leave. "Come on Taerin let me show you off?"

"I am uncomfortable." She scolded, brows knitted together. Taerin withdrew from him, walking down while he continue to speak whatever nonsense it is on this event. Taerin the felt a soft grip against her arm. "Taerin?"

Hum as a respond, she turns to him. "Are you okay?" was all he said. She shook her head, feeling anxious. She was alright being with all these people it wasn't her first time attending events like these. She was a company president in fact. Its unusual how Minho could stay calm knowing how he would snap. "Do you want to go back?" he asked again.

"I do. But I have to — "

"Getting you out of here is more important than the pastries. Let your staff handle it. We are going back." Minho cut her off, walking towards one of Taerin's female staff probably to inform her about it. He grabs her right hand dragging her out of the hall. Taerin follows his step quietly. "Taerin you know you don't have to take the job if you're uncomfortable being around hin." he waits for her before matching their pace together.

Taerin thought yes, I shouldn't have took the job. She thought it was fine after all Jinhyun was her friend since back then.

Not knowing he would embarrassed her this way in front of people. "Yeah, my fault."

"I don't want you to see him again. If he ever dare to disrespect you, I will take care of it." he commented, opening the car door for Taerin. She thanked him before going in.

Minho shuts the door after checking Minji in her room. His night routine as usual to check their little princess every night. She would demand him to hug him to sleep. "Hey, little princess is asleep. Now I will take care of my big princess." He chuckled, laying down next to her. Pulling her closer, Taerin place her head on his chest. Her favourite scent, from then and will be forever. Although she was still shaking from the recent event, his heartbeat calms her. It is just so soothing to be in this position with Minho.
