Taerin look out the window, sighing relief. It has been a week since the last Jinhyun came to see her. Maybe what Minho did on shutting him off that day was right. Of course she was terrified at first knowing how psychotic Jinhyun could be.

But as of today, Taerin haven't heard anything about him. Taerin went outside to pick up all the boxes that had been delivered yesterday. It was safe to leave it at the doorstep because there was barely a person lives near them.

"Hello?" Taerin turns her gaze to where the sound comes from. Standing there, a man her age smiling so widely at her. "Yes?" she asked.

"Kim Taerin?" she nodded again. "This is a letter for you." he handed her a brown envelope before leaving. Taerin studied the details of the envelope before opening it.

Invitation to Blueprint Hotel.

Quirking her brows, what was this for? she thought.

You have been granted a dinner night at Blueprint Hotel, Seoul by someone whom requested the identity of them not to be revealed. We look forward to see you, Mr & Mrs Lee.

"Now who's fucking with me? I am not that stupid to fall for this." Crumpling the paper she threw it inside the bin outside. Carrying the boxes inside. "Baby." Minho called her out coming from downstairs. Scolding her instantly that she should have asked him for a help carrying these boxes. Reassuring him she's fine, Minho shot a glare. "No don't do this again Taerin." Taerin laughed, nodding.

"Hey, I got a call just now. From a hotel in Seoul saying that someone booked us a night to spend there but when I asked them about who reserved it for us, they refused to do so. Is it you?" Minho asked, blinking twice.

Taerin shakes her head, confused. "I received a letter too. Lets just ignore it shall we? I don't feel good."

"Yeah me too. Besides there's no way we can leave Minji even if we are going on a holiday. They said the night was just for the both of us. No one else." Minho explained further, arching a brow, smirking. "What was that? They wanted us to leave our baby? Our only baby?"

"Technically yeah but you know, it is actually a great idea."

"Minho you're joking about wanting to ditch Minji."

"No!" he exclaimed, bursting out laughing. "I mean, sometimes we need a night for ourselves. Just the two of us it has been a long time since we last go on a date together." He continued, poking her side showing that cheeky smile on his face. Taerin's expression changed realising what Minho is saying. "So you want to go on a holiday with me? Two of us? Then who's going to take care of Minji?"

"Hanna can take care of her." His respond made you scowled. "Oh come on babe only Hanna is around here that I can trust to take care of Minji you can't be jealous of that? Besides Minji is comfortable with Hanna." Justifying what he said again, pulling her closer to him. You give in, nodding. "Call her saying we are going on a date, spending a night together and unfortunately she need to take care of a girl while their parents are having fun." Taerin said almost making fun of him. By the mention of Hanna is enough to make her soft heart boils. Sure since Hanna is working with Minho now she probably spend most of the time flirting with him at the office.

That is so sickening to even think about it.

"Will do. Anyway, seems like this Blueprint Hotel is not that bad. See?" Minho shoves his phone to her face. Well, it was well designed and luxurious you can say honestly its close to all the hotels Taerin had been to when she was younger travelling around the world. "Yeah, it looks grand."

"Why not we try a night here? Damn it's so classy." Letting his inner designer out scrolling on his phone. Taerin couldn't help but to grin at his cute excited face. Lee Minho hasn't changed since then. "I am okay with anything actually. Just the call you got earlier can we really trust them?"

"Of course we wont. I will book a room for us not taking the offer. I'll pay." He gives her a wink. Taerin nodded, patting his back.

Giving a quick peck on top of Minji's hair, Taerin wave a little goodbye to her. "Please be nice to Aunty Hanna yeah? I wont buy you anything if you misbehave." Minho said, squatting down matching to her height. Minji nodded quickly giving her father an okay sign.

"Hanna I put my trust on you to take care of Minji." Taerin commented, stern.

"Of course after all Minji is like my own daughter." Almost throwing up at the comment, Taerin rolled her eyes mimicking that annoying gesture. "Yeah sure, your daughter."

Upon arrival, Minho was right it looks very good. It has been a long time since you both went to Seoul the drive was sickening but it was worth it.

"A booking under the name Lee Minho." The staff mumbled checking the list. "Yeah, we got you the top room. The highest in this building." Minho raised his brow. "Oh you must be wrong. I don't remember placing a —"

"Right we forgot to tell you about the owner of this hotel. They insisted you and your wife to stay at this room. Welcoming both of you." The staff cut Minho's words smiling at him. It was odd, something is wrong with this hotel's management. "We have also refunded your payment to you card Mr. Lee." She continued, sliding the keycard to him. "The stay is here completely free, you can spend just as how long  you and your wife wanted to."

Arching a brow, Taerin walks closer to the counter. "This is weird don't you guys have a policy or something? Cancelling out our booking and replacing it without our consent is just wrong." Minho eyed your boldness, there she goes the brave Kim Taerin.

"We are aware of that Mrs Lee but we were asked to do this." the staff apologised repeatedly. True it wasn't their fault but it is frustrating to find it out only when they have arrived here. "Let me speak with the owner then. They are here?"

The staff nodded. Another staff lead both Taerin and Minho to the waiting room. It somehow feels so familiar. The way these classic furnitures were structured and placed, it feels so close to her. She has seen these around but when exactly was it? This exact portray of someone who would love this kind of design.

"Glad you are here." Taerin's thought were interrupted by the much, someone she hasn't so long.

"Dad?"

Minho turns his gaze to his wife, eyeing Mr Kim.

"It has been a long time wasn't it?" Tears prickling at the corner side of her eyes, reminiscing her own dad's murder attempt on her years ago. He is here, free. Money above anything else.

"Has Minho been taking a good care of you, sweetheart?"

Silence from Taerin.

"I just wish you would accept a stay here. I know I have wronged you." Mr Kim continued. Minho couldn't read her gaze at all. Her expression drops, turning away to Minho's face as well. "Lets go back." She whispers, eyes starting to get puffy. Minho reach out for her hand, holding it tight he nods. "Sorry we can't accept it. Thank you for the offer." Minho bowed to him, as he drag Taerin along.

"Taerin, if you are willing to talk to me just give me a call. Whenever. I am always here, my daughter." That stops her step. "Lets go."

"I don't want to see him." She said again, low enough only Minho could hear her. Minho smiled, trying to ease Taerin wiping the tears. Her face flushed read from crying. "Yes, lets go somewhere else yeah? Stop crying Taerin I am here." Minho whisper, rubbing his wife's back. His soft voice, the softness of his palm running behind her back is the only thing that can keep her sane.

For now, why would her father come to see her again? What was the reason behind all these?
