Introduction Part 2 (James)

Leaving Atlas wasn't something easy but he was determined to do so. They flew through the buildings that made Atlas unique and the shadows of them would cover the jet. The farther they went, the smaller Atlas would look in the distance. This reminded James that the world is in fact a big place and that his journey would be long and full of discoveries.

From a very young age James would train with his sister in order to become stronger and he didn't spend much time with his parents because they were busy with their jobs which was why his sister would take more care of him. His family was a wealthy one with connections to the Schnee Dust Company, it was because of this that they were rich. His father had a strong bond with Jacques Schnee and would sometimes invite James and his family to his mansion. There James would see the daughter of Jacques, Weiss Schnee. They both trained together when they had the time to do so and even James sister would join them. He didn't got to see Weiss much but he still considered her as a friend but his best friend was Marco. Marco's parents we're also connected to the company and they would visit James house quite often which gave James the opportunity to meet someone new. They were basically childhood friends and they would train and study together with James sister but even though they were close, they had different mindsets. Marco wanted to join Atlas Academy and graduate to become part of the Atlesian Military and James wanted to go somewhere new and explore the world. He would read books about the story of Remnant and how different academies existed apart from Atlas own academy. One that made him interested was Beacon Academy. He learned about it because Weiss wanted to go there and she talked to him about it.

"I have no desire of studying in Atlas at all so i decided to enroll at Beacon Academy in Vale, i just want to put some distance between me and my family and finally be myself for once" Weiss said.

James understood from where Weiss came from, he also wanted to leave Atlas and explore the world and maybe he'll feel more comfortable there.

"In a way i kind of understand how you are feeling, i barely spend time with my parents but they always say that i should join the academy here or be part of the Schnee Dust Company which by the way no offense i just don't want that life, i want to get out there" James said.

Weiss was glad that she had someone that understood how she felt. From that point on James dedicated his young years to training with Marco and his sister. When it was time, they both hugged each other goodbye and James set off to the Kingdom of Vale in his family's private jet. After a long trip, James arrived at Vale and boarded the airship that transported students to Beacon Academy. James was impressed by the lush green around him that was way different than the concrete jungle he lived in. When he saw Beacon Academy, he knew he was ready to take on anything that crossed his path.
