The Swap

Whats happening?

As I got off at school, I noticed some people that didnt recognize before. I then took a better look at their faces and realized... it was everyone from my grade but in a different gender! My stomach felt twisted and I was breathing hard.

I turned around and bumped into someone... it was a girl. "Hey watch it Joe," she said playfully. "Sebastian?!," my eyes were wide. She looked at me confused, "what are you talking about? My names Samantha." She smacked me on the arm and left. I ran to the front on the school and found Ke- I mean Kyle and Jesse.

They ran up to me, "everyone in our grade is switched! None of the other grades were effected!," Jesse whispers.

I tell her, "We are the only ones that seem to notice this though..."

We looked around and saw four guys walk up to us
Sahara? Layla? Gisela? and..Tania??

"Yoooooo," Tania says. I dont know what to call her

"Yooo.... um... Im sorry dude I totally forgot your names" I try to pull it off.

Jesse and Kyle seem to notice who they are too.

Layla speaks, "Oh my god dude, its me Luke, George, Seth, and Tyler?" He looks at me like Im crazy.

"Oh yeaaaaa sorry Im just an idiot," I laugh to fake it. Jesse and Kyle join.

We walk to class and Kyle, Jesse, and I seperate. I walk with Luke, Seth, and George to Athletics and Kyle and Jesse walk with Tyler.

When we walk in I notice all of the guys that are now girls...
Michael? Eliseo? Isaiah?

All the guys were transformed.

"Dude why you staring at the girls?," Luke nudges me in the chest with his elbow winking. "What? no reason?," I reply trying to sound realistic.

We sit on the bench with the other gir- I mean guys.

"Who were you staring at? Was it Michelle, Elsa, Isabella, Brenda?..." Seth asks

"NO ONE," I said for the second time.
So Michael is now Michelle? Eliseo was Elsa?? Isaiah was Isabella? Brandon was Brenda???

I thought about these names and realized that these were the names WE made up just yesterday.

"Seth your staring at Brianna again," George laughs. He looks at him blushing, "shut up!"
So are (Brian)Brianna and (Sahara)Seth going out here too?

Luke nudges Seth, "Dude just go hug her before the teacher comes. She is your girlfriend."
oh so they are going out

Seth sighed and got up. He seemed nervous but he walked over to her anyway.

I could see him talking to her. She stood up and they hugged eachother. They were both smiling and seemed really happy. Thats not really how it was when it was BRIAN and SAHARA. Brian seemed shy and Sahara was the one that wanted to hug and hold hands. But Brian seems like he is kinda afraid.

It was nice to see them like this. Maybe this change wont be so bad after all.
