Anything she wants or desires is made hers. Sounds simple and overpowered right? Well yes and no. Affecting other people's actions with her quirk can have some major drawbacks as they can begin to resent her for purposefully or on accident manipulating them. It also drains energy like crazy. So if she were want someone who was in America to be in Japan the energy to bring them there would be insane. The only limit is Akiras mind. However the mind can be easily manipulated. When she has the choker on her powers are confined to very simple abilities or even none at all. You'll learn more as the story continues.
