Finn’s P.O.V

“Urrrgh!” I groaned as I lay on my new bed. Anger, frustration and every other negative emotion flooded straight through me. “Don’t worry bro. We’re in one uni, you’ll find her!” Allen tried to persuade me. I lethargically rolled over and pulled my backpack over my head. “No point of moaning now mate. Come, let’s look around.” I dragged myself off the bed as unwantedly as possible and took a quick browse around my room.

Allen and I were allocated in different rooms but it was good in a way as I got to do whatever I wanted but I knew he would chill here most of the time anyways. In London, Allen and I live with two separate families of our own but I cannot remember a time in which he wasn’t staying over. Sometimes I worry what his mum has to say about us. Stealing her son? I really don’t know. It’s not even that he has family problems, he doesn’t! He just doesn’t want to get out of either mine or Jack’s room. Jack is my identical twin brother who’s studying Drama in University of Bristol but you’ll find out about him later.

“Jesus!!” “What” “I forgot to ask her what subject she was doing! Now how am I ever going to find her?!” Allen patted my back and left the room. I fell back to my bed in extreme disappointment.

Later that evening I went round my floor to meet the people I would be spending the next year with. There were about ten other students besides me and Allen.

Knock knock. “Awwh I never knew this was your room.” I started to laugh – it was Allen. “You nutter. What you doing?” “Getting to know everyone.” I replied casually. “Ahh yh, I’ve done my round.” He said proudly. Allen always acts a bit vain when he’s accomplished something before me; there was always some friendly rivalry between us about everything. “Alright, I’ll see you in a bit.” He shut the door and I moved onto the next room.

Knock knock *no response*knock knock knock “Hold on!” called a familiar voice. Where have I heard that voice before? “Just leave a note under my door I can’t open it right now.” I quickly ran into my room, grabbed a notepad and a marker. ‘I just came to say hi. I live in the room on the end :)’

Gemma’s P.O.V

I forcefully woke up after a ten minute nap because my stomach was killing me. It was like all the world pain had decided to clot in my stomach and take a dance lesson with all the other pains. Yes, in my stomach.  I sat clenching my belly for about two minutes before running to the bathroom and started vomiting.

Knock knock “Hold up!” I screamed half gagging. Knock knock knock “Just leave a note under my door I can’t open it right now.”

Wiping my face with a cold towel I picked the piece of paper off the floor. ‘I just came to say hi. I live in the room on the end :)’ Awwh that was nice, I’ll go and meet them now.

I made my way to the room on the other end of the corridor and knocked on the door. No response. I’ll come back later.
