It had been a month since you became a Jujutsu Sorcerer, though you had only been assigned to one task. Somehow, you were slightly thankful for that. Over the time you spent, you learnt more about curses and their origins.

However, you also learnt that you didn't have much cursed energy and that it was barely enough to see curses. Moreover, you were yet to discover your technique nor innate talent, if you even had one. That was why Gojo handed you a cursed tool. Imbued with a curse, you didn't need to overexert yourself.

It was a simple pair of daggers and because of its convenient size, you kept it with you at all times. Its cursed technique was its ability to turn invisible and extend it to a certain length.

As time passed, you gradually got closer to the first years and Gojo, though you were still wary of him. Kugisaki's optimism helped you grow stronger, Fushiguro's cold attitude grew to be a calm aura in a battle, and Itadori's enthusiasm started to rub off on you.

Little did you know, you four were about to be given the deadliest task you would ever face.

The morning you reached the detention centre was hazy and cloudy. Instead of dazzling sunlight, it was embraced in an aura that seemed like it was ready to rain any moment. As expected, it started to drizzle as raindrops fell into your palm, cold and wet. You had to investigate the appearance of a "womb" and was warned not to engage in combat, informed that the womb could transform into a special-grade cursed spirit.

As told by Fushiguro, the assistant director of Jujutsu High approached you, his hair dark and his glasses foggy. Though he looked a bit old, his posture was still upright. He seemed to emit a stern presence of leadership.

"The goal is to verify and rescue the survivors," He instructed.

Behind you, you could hear a sound of a woman sobbing, her cries including the name of "Tadashi".

You didn't pay much mind, but you could see the shaken up face of Itadori beside you.

You nudged his elbow, trying to calm him. Fushiguro wasted no time, signaling us to enter the detention centre.

You could hear the heavy pounds of your heart as you approached the gloomy building. A special-grade spirit against first years?

You clenched your fists. You couldn't help but feel uptight.

(a bit gore)

As you entered the detention centre, you noticed a dark barrier slowly spreading across the sky. It must be a veil.

You glanced to your right, watching as Fushiguro summoned his divine dogs. Suddenly, the two-story dorm was converted. The door behind you disappeared along, soon followed by the three's loud bickering. Raindrops from the gutter echoed throughout the room as you continued to walk towards the next room. Whatever it had become, you couldn't make sense out of it.
