You slammed your head against the table. Your forehead hitting all the books you've looked for in the library.

"Y/n, what is it you're looking for again?" sighed Kazuha, he was peacefully munching on your signature dish, which you made to persuade him to take you to the libraries he knew in Inazuma.

You were impressed, to say the least, his taste in books is very unique, like him. Probably why he's a poet.

"Anything about sword fighting, all I need to know is techniques at least!" You mumbled into the stack of books, "but I've found nothing," you said, groaning.

"Oh, sword fighting? you should have told me, I would have gladly volunteered to help you." lifting your head, you smiled widely at the anemo welder opposite you. "Really? Thank you Kazuha!" You said, chuckling.

"I am a samurai y/n," he said, returning the smile. He picked up the stack of books that you collected and got up from his chair.

"But first, let's put these books away." you nodded and picked up a smaller stack of books, following him to one of the shelves in the library.

"If we want to train you to be a sword fighter, we have to be away from everyone else." Kazuha lead you through a forest of amber trees, as the sun was setting the whole place seemed more comfortable, but the atmosphere of this place was quiet, too quiet.

'Where is everyone?' you thought.

"This place is full of overgrown trees and bushes Kazuha, how will we get anything done? I'll just be falling into them," you said pointing to all the bushes you were walking through.

He chuckled at your comment, "we're nearly there y/n, just be patient."

You looked and him and scoffed, "you fit the color scheme of this forest, it's almost like you're meant to be here." Kazuha looked at you confused, but then smiled at you closing his eyes. "I'll take that as a compliment, I suppose."

You both stopped at a wall of vines blocking your pathway, "looks like we're here." He said. Pushing the vines out the way, you both walked through.

It was an open space with a huge red tree standing in the middle, there was a single bench next to the entrance, it was old and beaten up, you both weren't the first to be here.

"This is where I used to train when I was traveling through Inazuma, Though it didn't look as abandoned as it does now." Kazuha said, sighing.

"When was the last time you were here?" You asked as you sat on the bench taking out your sword, placing it on your lap to clean it.

"I came here with a certain friend, but that was a long time ago now."

You nodded, "Well, I surprisingly do know a bit about sword fighting, what do you want me to show you? We can start from there."

"Show me techniques you've been studying." Kazuha replied, walking over to sit down on the bench.

Putting the cloth you had down, you grabbed your sword and stood in the middle of the room. That's when you noticed there were petals on the floor, they were shaped like autumn leaves,

'It's the middle of summer, how weird.'

You breathed in and started the technique you were studying.

"That was great. You made a good start for yourself as you only were studying this technique from books, not demonstration." Kazuha said, showing a small smile.

You smiled back, "Thank you Kazuha, I was working on it for a while, I think I'm going to master it one day."

"Yes, I do too, but I noticed some errors with your first two hits." He started walking up to you until he was behind you. "Show me the first one." He said, You did as he asked. "Now, if you just do this..." he gently straightened your outstretched arm, you tensed at the sudden touch.

what does he think he's doing?

"For your legs they're perfect, but let's just..." Every word he said was almost like a whisper.
He put his arm around your waist and moved one of his legs in between yours slightly, spreading them apart.

You could almost hear your heart in your ears, he's close, awfully close, you thought. "That's better." He said.

You glanced at him, he looked so focused. You both locked eyes, his scarlet eyes gazed at yours, then at your lips. Kazuha got closer and closer until your faces were nearly touching.

"Y/n..." He whispered, before he could utter another word, closing your eyes, you put your lips on his, Kazuha let go of your arm and put his hands around your waist, you put your weapon away and put both your arms around his neck, Kazuha lead the two of you underneath the tree, you could feel the red autumn leaves falling onto you.

Breaking the kiss you looked at Kazuha, he was already looking at you, both of you were panting, not letting go of eachother.

"You had no idea how much i've wanted to do that."

You smiled, "You should do it again then."
