You was walking around Wangshu inn looking for flowers for your lover, Xinqiu, he loved Silk flowers so you thought before visiting him you would pick a bouquet for him. You knew he would love that.

As you looked for your last silk flower you spotted a familiar figure in the distance, "he almost looks like Xinqiu..." you squinted your eyes and saw the particular blue hair and smiled.

You started running to him with the silk flowers in hand, grinning like an mad person. "Xinqiu! Xinqiu!" You said sitting next to him,

"Ah y/n, what a surprise! I was just thinking about you." You got hot in the face when he said that, "I-I got you these," you gave him the silk flowers wrapped in a daisy knot.

He chuckled at the flowers and put down the book that he was reading, "they're beautiful y/n. Thank you." He kissed you on the cheek and scratched the back of his neck, "I just wished I'd got you something in return." You smiled and shook your head.

"Your company is more than enough for me, Xinqiu." This was all so overwhelming to Xinqiu, being in a relationship with you was the luckiest thing that happened to him, everyday with you felt like something straight out of a love fic, you were so loving and kind, Xinqiu thought he didn't deserve you.

"Anyways, what are you doing here? Isn't this that café near Wangshu inn that the kid's looking after? Why didn't you just go to one of the restaurants in Liyue harbour?" He chuckled awkwardly, "Haha...well, I just wanted a break from all the commotion, so I decided to walk here where it was more peaceful."

You nodded and held his hand, grinning, you stroked his cheek with your other hand, "Well, now that I'm here you've got some company, I can read your book with you...If you would like to."

Thats when Xinqiu realised. You were both as inexperienced at love, both hesitant in fear of angering one another or making each other uncomfortable, but one thing was for certain he knew you both loved each other, which was enough for him.

"Of course, I'd love to y/n." You held one page while Xinqiu held another, with your head on his shoulder and his cheek on your head, you read the book he was reading out loud while he listened.
