Oh no. I tried to walk out the door but the water was pouring in very quickly and the cabin was filling up with water. I went into the bathroom and shut the door. I found some towels in the cabinets and stuffed them under the door.
But the water was still coming in, I stood up on the toilet. After 20 minutes, the water had risen to my knees, the water is very cold. I stood there for a long time then decided to try to open the door, but was it a good idea?
What if the water came in if I opened the door? Will I be able to survive then? No, I have to try. I reached to the handle but the door wouldn't open, it was probably because the cabin was full of water! I thought for a long time but no luck.
The water had now reached my chest. I was so scared, for once I thought I might actually die. At the beginning, I had managed to stay calm, but now I had a lot of reasons to panic! The boat I was in was sinking and I was stuck in a tiny little bathroom.
I was in such bad shape, I didn't know how much time had past. I was cold, I was hungry, I was thirsty, I was tired and very sleepy. Then I thought, Let yourself go, and let it all end. But I didn't want to do that, that'll really be the end of me.
I was so worried about Rosa and Linda, but I was even more worried about myself. OH, WILL ANYONE EVER BE ABLE TO FID US? Or did the guy do this all on propose? Sigh, can't blame anyone now, it's no use. I wish I'd stayed home with Beyaz, stroking her soft snowy fur.
The water was now up to my chin, I was losing hope that someone would come. Then, I heard the sound of metal being banged against something. I held my breath, the sound stopped. Maybe there was no sound, maybe I was hallucinating.
No, I can hear it again. But suddenly the yacht shook and I almost drown in the water. After the shaking stopped, I was relieved. Should I try to open the door again? But what if sharks had come into the yacht and were just swimming around in the cabin?
I took a deep breath, and dived in. This time, the door opened quite easily, but I was shock for what I saw...
