"What did you say about that demon, kid?" Sanemi mocked, "That she can fight as a demon slayer to protect humans? You know what we call that? A total delusion, you moron!"

Sanemi keeps up his psychotic, monstrous smile that reached from one ear to the other as he pulls out his sword from his case. The sword was black, the green blading in like a flame, and the sun letting a bit of the blade shimmer, and if you paid enough attention to it, you'd realize that your reflection was clear on it. He holds it upside down so that the sharp edge of the blade points towards the box and the demon inside, and I prayed that he wasn't going to do what I think he plans on doing.

Unfortunately, he did exactly what I thought he was going to do; he plunged the sword into the box, and my thoughts went directly to the muzzled demon inside. Nezuko. I heard what seems to be a gasp of anguish from inside, and as Sanemi's blade impaled right through the thick, wooden box, a flood of blood spaltters out and falls onto the ground. Tanjiro's eyes widened in utter shock, the reflection of such horrors could have only been reflected on his fiery red irises. He gritted his teeth hard, and his hanafuda earring blew a little in the wind.

He shivered in anger, in shock, and in nothing but exasperation. He stood up without the help of his hands, which were both still tied to his back. The upper area of his body tilted forward a little, and he balanced himself on those poor, injured legs. I hope the painkillers that Shinobu had given him earlier were truly effective.

"Anyone who hurts my sister..." he pants in anger, "Hashira or not, I won't let you get away with it!"

His head shook as he spoke, waving in every direction. Demon or not, watching your sister get stabbed like that would be a terrifying, traumatizing nightmare. It would surely taunt him to his grave. Sanemi, on the other hand, had not been fazed by Tanjiro's threat. Instead, he laughed maniacally as he pulled out the blood-drenched sword, and spun it around, letting the blood spill everywhere else.

"Is that right? Good for you!" He shrieked out, swinging the sword.

Tanjiro charges at Sanemi, screaming.

"Stop it!" Giyuu shouted out to Tanjiro, and it was one of the rare occasiosns that i had seen him yell, or show any emotion at all.

"The Master will be arriving soon!" He warned.

Tanjiro had given no regards to Giyuu's warning, charging as Sanemi swung the blade at him to attack, only for Tanjiro to take a good leap over it and, to everyone's surprise, crash his head right at the scarred, white-haired man who stood before him. That was a good, strong headbutt. Sanemi, who had been known for being hard-headed, as in both character and literal physically, started to bleed through the nose. I could only ever imagine how painful that headbutt was- it seems I found out that there's someone (I genuinely thought this day would never come) whose head was stronger than the Wind Pillar.

(I'm not sure about Gyomei, though. That man is 7'2", or 220 centimeters tall. I doubt anyone would jump that high just to headbutt him, and that's if there's even a reason to.)

Both Sanemi and Tanjiro collapsed to the floor after their heads collided. The box tumbled down too, and Nezuko rattled inside. They shook on the floor, still recovering from the impact. Beside Kyojuro, Mitsuri had let out a little snicker of laughter, covering her mouth and blushing hard. Everyone looked at her, and it must have embarassed her.

"Pardon me," She whispered.

Tanjiro got up quickly- still without the assistance of his hands- and jumped in front of the box that contained his sister inside. Sanemi laid on the ground, still. He slowly crawled over to where Tanjiro now knelt.

He still ran a blow on Sanemi after

"Damn you," Sanemi growled.

"If you can't tell the difference between good demons and bad, you should just quit being a Hashira!" Tanjiro yelled at him.

"You little..." He growled again. And now that I've heard him talk a few sentences, I've realized how much this man likes to growl.

Sanemi reaches out for his blade that laid on the ground, and swung it over to Tanjiro's neck, ready to hurt him if it meant he could get to the demon.

"I'll destroy you!" He threatened, despite having a smile on his face.

And just as Tanjiro was about to meet the end of his life, a little interruption happened.

"The Master..." Oyakata-sama's children spoke, and I still couldn't tell which of his children were which, "has arrived."

We turn our attention away from Tanjiro and Sanemi towards the shoji doors, where Oyakata-sama had stepped out from. His hair reached his shoulders, and the disease on his face has grown further down. He wore his usual haori, colored white and fading to red on a flame design. Inside, he wore a black and white layered kimono.

"So good of you to come," he smiled.

"My beloved children."
