Chapter 17: Confession

Chaeryeong Pov

Ryujin and Yeji slept together in my room downstairs. While me and Lia slept in Ryujin's room.

This was actually my first time entering her room and it's messy. Late at night, I need to clean her room because it's too dirty.

While cleaning last night, I saw her baby pictures. She's cute. It even made me chuckle and Lia said 'I'm whipped'.

We both woke up early to cook, Lia prepared the ingredients while I cooked. Ryujin and Yeji woke up after a while.

"Good morning!", Lia greeted them brightly and both of them just smiled.

Yeji went out first and Ryujin followed. I gave her a warm smile and she gave me one too.

"This is going to be delicious!", I heard Yeji exclaimed, I couldn't help but laugh.

When the four of us are already on the table, we decided to eat. There was only silence since all of us are hungry.

I got interrupted while eating when someone opened the door, "She's here."

I ran into the door and saw Yuna. I also invited her last night to come here in the morning. She also did her best to find Yeji so I need to treat her some good food.

"Hey Yuna!", I heard Lia ran into the door.

Yuna smiled and went inside, "We're you already eating?", Yuna joking said as she saw Lia chewing her food.

I scraped my neck and smiled, "You arrived late, you made Lia hungry.", I joked.

Lia slapped my shoulder and went back to the table. I pulled Yuna in the table and made her sit at the center.

Yeji and Ryujin just smiled at Yuna while she remained serious. She's definitely not in the mood to talk to them.

"So you're still going to practice, Yeji? Right?", Lia suddenly talk despite the awkward atmosphere.

Yeji just continued eating.

"Oh, so you're not playing?", Yuna asked another question making Lia kick her feet under the table.

Yuna shouted in silence and stared at Lia who's giving her a death glare.

"I want to see you play though.", Ryujin whispered.

Yeji cleared her throat and all of us stopped talking. We readied ourselves to what she's going to say.

I saw Yeji stood up and went inside her room. Is she just going to leave us like this?

Yuna hissed and rolled her eyes. "Look, she le—

Yeji went out of room making Yuna stop talking. She went back to her seat and stared at all of us seriously.

She placed four tickets in the table and a smiled curved on her face.

"Tickets for the tournament!", Yeji shouted and giggled. She clapped her hands and laughed at out serious faces.

"Really?!", Lia shouted and stood up grabbing the tickets.

I laughed seeing the two of them excited. "I'm happy you're still playing, Yeji.", I smiled at her widely.

"Yeah. Someone definitely told me not to stop playing.", Yeji chuckled.

It's definitely Ryujin who told that.

I just smiled at them and saw Ryujin hugging Yeji. I just continued eating and ignored bith of them.
