⌗012. [2023] Family Time

[Diana's POV]

"Jay, if you once more disturb me, I'll fucking kill you!"

"No cursing in this household!"

Mom's voice echoed from the kitchen. Jay smirked to me.

"You bitch." I muttered to him and throw him a pillow.

"Ma! Ah-rin called me a bitch!" Jay complained.

I rolled my eyes and continue scrolling through my phone.

"If you two don't stop bickering, I'm gonna kick you out of this house. You two stay in the hotel. Pay it yourself." Mom peeked out of the kitchen and said. I heard grandma laughed.

"You know those kids can pay their own hotel. Maybe they would even be happier to stay at the hotel." Grandma said. Jay and I laughed at what grandma said.

"Mom! Don't say that!" Mom said to grandma. I snorted and continued scrolling my Instagram.

"Are you with that Yuta guy?" Jay suddenly asked after a few moments of silence.

"It's none of your business, kid." I said to him.

"Yeah, later on when you had your heart broken again, you'll call me, crying like crazy because a man had broken your heart." Jay said. I look at Jay sharply.

"Yuta and I are together. Yes." I said to Jay.

Jay looked at me with a shocked face. "What?" he asked.

"What?" I asked him back.

"You said to wait for 6 months first!" He said.

"It's been 6 months, bro!" I said to him.

"6 months haven't passed yet! On the seventh month, yes. Not 6 months!" Jay said.

"Ugh, you're so annoying! Can't you just let me live how I want? It's my life." I said to him in annoyance.

"Fine. But if he breaks your heart, I'm not gonna be there for you." He said before continue playing his PlayStation. I rolled my eyes and just ignore him.

It's been 4 days since I leave work to spend time with my family in Washington. Jay and I will return to Seoul on the 7th day in Washington. So, we'll just stay for 7 days and 6 nights in Washington.

Maybe going to have a short break 2 or 3 years more :)

I really don't have time to have a break even though I want to have holiday so much. But still, work is work. So, I can't have holiday following my own preferences.

I've already completed the music video filming for my upcoming comeback in June. Even though it's just March, we've already completed everything that needs to be completed for an album.

Photoshoots, recording and MV filming. All done. Choreography also has been done.

So, when I head back to Seoul later on, I just need to prepare for the upcoming concert tour and also my anniversary virtual concert that will be held on July 20. It's gonna be my 8th year in the industry.
