OKAY SO this is just a quick announcement that i've decided to take a break from attempting to shift !!!
i've noticed a correlation with my nightmares and shifting. (i think that it might be that i've been very stressed and shifting while stressed isnt a good thing i think!)
but anyhow, i believe that it's making me very aware of my dreams, which IS GOOD, but with me being stressed it gets super creepy and turns into.. really bad sleep paralysis and out of body shit!!!
it's making me very afraid of random things in the real world and.. yeah!
so i'm not quitting! but i'm taking a break.
even if shifting is not the root cause of this, it's making me quite uneasy about shifting. whether it's rational or not that really just attaches negative feelings to it in the long run, so like i said i'm taking a break.
probably a month or so long? or two. i don't know really! depends.
but anyhow, i'm considering starting a journal type thing here? or trying to update my sleep journal thing more too.
anyways, good luck to everyone else! i might occasionally try shifting but during the mornings/daytime when i feel safer etc.
i promise i'm not quitting, i'm just trying to be safe and clear some stuff up :)
