About a week after and everyone went back to school after recovering, everyone (Fitz Keefe Dex Marella Biana Jensi Sophie) was sitting at their usual table in the school cafeteria. Dex and Marella kept sneaking glances at each other and smiling stupidly whenever one caught the other.

Sophie sat across from Fitz and Biana and Keefe were one Fitz's left, and Dex on Sophie's right and Marella beside dex.

"So, guys have you heard of the talent show coming up next month?"

Sophie almost choked on her lunch.

"What talent show?"

"You know, the one that was posted on the notice board this morning?"

Fitz laughed at Sophie's expression, and she felt herself blush. He has the cutest laugh...

"No... but are any of you gonna go in it?"

"Yup. Ive got a special...hidden talent that none of you guys know about. Also, im dedicating it to you, Sophie,"

Fitz said.

"Awe! My brother must really love you Soph."

"Do you have to be like that Biana? Especially in school! And I let you date my best friend..." Fitz said this in a joking way, making everyone laugh.

"Well I also heard that theres a new girl coming this week. I think her names Cassandra...???"

"Cool! She should join the squad!"

"'squade'?"

"Its something I learned from reading about modern humans. Sssshh.... dont tell anyone."

"Okay..."

"Yeah, I heard the theme for the talent show is Hidden Talent. So we have to pick something that we have never told anyone about it but were talented with it. Not like our talent but something were really good at."

"I got something planned." Dex winked at Marella, who blushed.

"Fitz? Are you entering?" Sophie nudged him, as he was staring off at the entrance to the cafeteria.

"Biana, you sure you heard Cassandra's coming next week?"

"Yeah... why?"

"Well a new elf is coming in right now. Ive never seen her before."

Sophie looked  over to where fitz was loking, and everyone in the hall did too.

Cassy walked in, brushing a hair behind her ear. She limped over to the buffet, and picked up a tray.

"Hi. Um I saw that notice on my way here for the school hidden talent show? Am I able to enter?"

The lunch lady smiled.

"Yep. It should be fun this year."

Soon she was finished and found an empty table near the back and headed towards it, taking out her song writing book along the way.

Suddenly someone stood up, and smiled at her.

"Hey. Im jensi. Wanna sit with us? We're the cool people."

"Shut up Jensi!" A girl who was holding hands with a really cute guy whisper-yelled st the boy in front of me.

"Um, i can move to that table over there if-"

"Sorry. I meant that he he should shutout about us being the cool people. Sit with us!"

"Um, thanks."

Cassy sat down next to the boy named Jensi, and picked up some food and put down her song book on the table.

"So, any of you guys doing the talent show?"
She asked.

"Maybe. I dont really know what to do though," Sophie replied.

"Actually, yes. I have a great idea.

The next week, after everyone had practiced their 'talents', ut was time for the show. There was a list on the door that said who would go first, second, etc. Cassandra was first. She gulped nervously as she pushed through to the back stage, and saw her new friends all sitting in a circle, chatting happily. She saw he boy named Dex smile and laugh more nervously than the others. She didnt see Fitz anywhere, but as soon as the thought entered her mind, she saw him run hurriedly into the room, looking slightly panicked. Sophie stood up and kissed him on the cheek.

"Hey. Fitz its gonna be okay. You'll do fine, I promise." He smiled nervously, but couldn't shake the feeling he was being followed by somethjng sinister.

"Thanks. You will too. I cant wait to see what you can do." He hugged her tightly, and then they went to sit back down with their friends. Sophie noticed that Cass was there, and she smiled.

"Hey Cassandra. You ready?" She gulped and nodded.

"Yeah. I cant believe I have to go first. Someone must have a last name that starts with a 'B'." She laughed, and started to feel more involved, and happier.

"Cassandra? Its time for you to go on." She smiled at her friends who alm whispered good luck to her. She walked confidently over to the Lady G. She smiled at her, and took her seat at the piano.

"Good evening everyone. We first start off our talent show with Cassandra. Please welcome her warmly when this curtain is drawn." She got her hands ready and quickly ran over the song in her head.

She heard applause as he curtain was pulled back, and smiled at everyone. She saw the rest of the Vackers, and Sophie's family along with Dex and Marella's families.

She took a deep breath and played the first two lines, then started to sing.
