You're my Angel

Chapter 15

Hi guys, this is the last chapter. But I am going to write another fanfic for this series :)

Alec's heart was pounding in his chest, he was terrified that Jonathan would kill him in his anger. He tried to struggle but Jonathan's arm around his neck made it hard. Alec's eyes met Magnus', who looked equally scared. 

"Jonathan please calm down, if you let Alec go we can work out a deal", Jace said. 

"Liar!" Jonathan yelled, "I know you will just arrest me and take me away from Alec. I can't let that happen again, I love him".  

"If you love him why are you hurting him?" Dean said trying to reason with Jonathan. 

"I don't want to hurt him, but it's the only way to make him belong to me". 

"Alexander is not an object he can't belong to you, that's not how love works".

"Don't lecture me Magnus, you're the reason he doesn't love me". 

"I loved you once Jonathan, but then you abused me. You are the reason I don't love you anymore don't blame it on Magnus", Alec said. Despite the hurt Magnus had put him through, Alec still had feelings for him and wouldn't let Jonathan put the all the blame on him when it wasn't Magnus' fault at all. 

Jonathan tightened his grip on Alec's neck making it harder for him to breathe, "How dare you talk to me like that!"

Magnus felt panic rise, he could see Alec struggling to breathe and he was terrified Jonathan would accidently strangle him. "I'm sorry for what I said Jonathan, please loosen your grip on Alexander". 

Jonathan was reluctant to do something for Magnus, but he hadn't realized how tightly he was gripping Alec's neck. He didn't want to kill Alec, he was his world. So Jonathan loosened his grip enough for Alec to breathe but not enough to allow him to escape. 

"Thank you Jonathan", Magnus said sighing in relief. 

"I didn't do it for you", Jonathan spat. 

"I know you are scared of losing Alec, but if you want another chance with him this isn't the way to do it", Sam said, "If you let Alec go I'm sure he would definitely consider giving you a chance right Alec?" 

Sam gave Alec a meaningful look and Alec realized he needed to play along. There was no way he would go back to Jonathan. But he had to try and make Jonathan believe he would. "I would Jonathan, I miss what we had. I loved you so much, but if you keep me here as your prisoner for the rest of my life I could never learn to love you. Love isn't something that can be forced Jonathan. But if you let me be free I could give you another chance". 

"I want to believe you Alec, but I can't risk losing you-" Jonathan was interrupted when a vase was smashed against his head. Simon had managed to escape Miles and had grabbed a vase to smash against Jonathan's head so he could knock him out. 

Jonathan started to fall to the floor on top of Alec but Magnus and Sam grabbed Alec away so he wouldn't fall too. Magnus immediately wrapped his arms around Alec, while Dean arrested Jonathan and Jace rushed to Simon. 

"Simon thank you for saving Alec, are you okay where's Miles?" Jace said, he hugged Simon and was relieved that Simon didn't push him away. 

"I will be okay, I think Miles is still in the mansion. But I'm not sure, I was so focused on getting to Alec I didn't see where Miles went". 

"Dean and I will search for Miles", Sam said. He was reluctant to leave Alec to Magnus, he knew that he could lose his chance to be with Alec to Magnus and that broke his heart. But he had to prioritize finding Miles.
