The evening was going great, all of the guest were talking and greeting others while Jeongguk sat proudly on his throne, few guests came to greet him, Namjoon had left after 5 minutes before taehyung was gone because he had to reach to Gayeol till the morning. "Salam, your Majesty" the princess infront of him bowed and it was non other than amber the princess of Yeolim who had joined them and danced with Jeongguk on the the feast before Jeongguk respectfully nodded in her direction "I heard you had a prince, Where's your omega?" The princess asked Oh in a chaos of greetings Jeongguk didn't realize taehyung had left 30 minutes ago and didn't return he roamed his eyes scanning the hall for his omega but he was no where to be found.
"King we want to see you're newborn prince" said another woman Jeongguk even had to give a royal necklace as a gift to taehyung clashed with the rarest, expensive and alluring jewels when once a luna gives a heir to the kingdom she's given this beautiful necklace which shows her authority and place. Jeongguk signalled one of the guards standing next to the dais he whispered something in his ear and the guard nodded the message was soon passed to one of the servants. He was told to fetch taehyung and see if he was okay __________________________
The servant walked through the silent palace her foot steps echoing she first scanned the lower portion to see if taehyung was there and feeding the child but he wasn't soon scanning all the portions, she made her way to the Omega's room, when she reached the door she knocked slowly "Luna.."
No response She knocked again
"Queen, King has ordered to take you downstairs, can I come in"
No response The maid frowned and knocked again, hearing not even a shuffle inside she creaked the door open "Queen..." she said peeking and what she saw was taehyung's cloth which he wore to the feast scattered around the room his jewelry was on the dressing it was a mess but there was no sign of the luna. The maid frowned still not getting the hint, she came back down stairs and thought if luna had changed her clothes and had made to the feast before her. She was passing by the lower portion when her eyes twitched on an open door to the backyard she frowned again and made her way to there. She kept whispering luna but there was no sign of taehyung, but when she caught the sight of a missing horse it was all crystal clear.
She ran across the hallway and reached the open air dining, her facial expression were worried the same guard who ordered her to get the luna frowned in her direction, the maid made her way to the King's dias briefly bowing to Jeongguk but her expressions weren't changing "Where's your luna?" Jeongguk asked "Kin-king she's no-not there" the maid said still bowing stuttering "Then where is he?" "I'm afraid Alpha King...I'mafraidbut it l-looks like he ma-made an escape" Hearing those words Jeongguk got up from the throne his gaze changing, he got down with his dais and came face to face with that trembling maid "If this is not true, you won't see the sun tomorrow" his voice filled with rage, the maid bowed to him not daring to look up.
The Alpha walked through the dining his guards following him, first ordered the guards to search him every where in every place, he himself made his way to taehyung's room, the door swinged back and Jeongguk was welcomed by a messy room with not even a single trace of taehyung nor the baby, he went to take a look at the hamam but there's was no one his patience was taking the best of him, he looked around when his eyes twitched to a piece of paper with ink scribbled over, and that's where he maybe knew, the luna had left
