"Are you sure this is the place?"
"..Yes" Jeongguk inhaled then replied coming out of his power transe. Namjoon gave the wooden door a hard knock, the cloth Jeongguk had found had a strong unfamiliar scent on it, Jeongguk used his powers to track down the scent which made them come to an old cottage which was barely in a good condition. When no one replied on the first knock namjoon gave another hard knock to the door
"Is anyone ins-"
He wasn't finished with his sentence when an elderly woman opened the door cursing lightly 
"Can't you wait! I almost tripped on my way here and..who are you two?"

"Sorry for the trouble miss, we- umm..we come from the palace.."
The woman nodded slowly
"What do you want from me?"
"So we..we are the commanders of the King, we just needed a bit of information since the King is making his investigations on someone..so by any chance do you know..Jun Fayun?"

The woman looked at then shook and quickly called them inside while peeking here and there making sure no one heard them
"Take a seat please" she said making the small couch comfortable for them
"But we just want to know-"
"I know him...I know Jun Fayun" the woman replied, Jeongguk who had uttered not a single word  carefully listened to her

"He was from the direct bloodline of moon goddess her special beta"
"What do you mean by was" Jeongguk finally spoke up
"He..a month ago something terrible happened to him, somehow his identity was leaked which made him the target to the rivals of Gayeol, he was kidnapped by them and was never seen again...no one in this area knows him, not even the royals"

"Then how do you know him?" Jeongguk asked her
"He use to live in my cottage on rent, first there were rumours of a man who is a descendant of a moon goddess has been roaming around...once I walked in the cottage and saw all the lights dim and a sparkle of purple shining with in that's when I knew who he was, he gave me one of his ruby stoned pendant just to keep his secret"

Namjoon looked at Jeongguk and then asked the lady about if they could see the pendant on which she hesitated first but then she let them see it
"This way" she let them to a small room where there was a chair, a matter and a worn out cupboard a lock holding the chains around it, she took out the key out from under the mattress and opened the lock, removing the chains, she tugged on the handle and then it opened and the first thing they could see was a small green box.

"Here"
She picked up the box and gave it to them as they slowly opened it. A beautiful necklace was kept safe in it with 12 small rubies edged on the side of the big Ruby
"Do you know anything about the forbidden palace" jeongguk asked as namjoon tugged his sleeve telling him to not ask this question she looked at them as if they were some cursed demons who descended from hell, as Jeongguk sensed the tension he quickly added in how the King was trying to figure out the way to shut the wolves links who tried to reach the forbidden palace but for that he wanted to know a way so he can close it forever, the woman eased but was still hesitant

"I-i don't know much but Fayun told me that this necklace has some sort of connection with the palace of moon goddess-
"Name your price" Jeongguk stated
"S-Sorry?"
"Name your price, for how much will you sell me the necklace for?"
"I-i can't-
"500 dinars?"
The woman's eyes widened
"F-five hun-dered"
"Okay 700, deal?" The woman fell down on her feet and softly kised the mantle of Jeongguk, it was a gesture for  thanking someone for their kindness
