5 days whole, hitting the 6th as the midnight broke Jeongguk's eyes had turned red staring at a certain point for too long while he sat on the bed side, his mind wrapped around the thought of his mate and his children the realization of his cruelty and the harm he had caused, almost breaking the bond with his beloved destined one. Almost.
In a certain time of half an hour Jeongguk was running wild God knows where, in his wolf form, leaving behind his title as the Alpha King, his kingdom, his nation unprivileged just a littlewalk around he had told himself before diving in and out of the woods his departure unannounced to the whole Kinaan. Jeongguk ran and ran, he tried to run away from the feeling of emptiness he felt, from the thoughts of what he had loss, and then a realization of nothing to be gained more or lose. The moon hovered above him as he climbed the steep mountains over and over, not knowing where he'll end up and will there be a way back.
The ground he had called home didn't feel like it, it felt like it was drowning him nonetheless, his eyes glowed red, no he wasn't angry....he had cried alot in the past few days. When his senses were back and he looked forward he saw nothing but a plain ground and small hutts. _______________________________
The old home was quiet, no one was really up just a few care takers whispering to each other, the little wails of the wins were heard from the window, where as taehyung was wide awake patting the back of a sleeping seolhyun, yeonmi who was playing with another little girl 2 months older than her. Her giggles were heard from far while taehyung rested his head with his hand, his elbow supporting the weight as he layed on the side, he immediately straightened up feeling the door of the room rustle his eyes followed the figure of the woman who was assigned to him, he frowned she never comes after midnight "Listen here we heard a news of the Alpha King of Kinaan roaming around this area, make sure to be respectful incase he visi- Hey! Are you ok??" The woman shook taehyung as she saw him turning pale, is eyes wide "Y-yes" "Ok, be respectful! You hear me" Taehyung nodded as she left the room. A minute passed then two... I'm doomed he was going to cry for real where will he go now, he shook himself up as he carried little seolhyun, got Yeonmi and without a sound he left the old home. He couldn't risk it he found us! He found us! He screamed to his guts "Let him"
"H-huh?"
"Let him"
That was liyan his wolf, who he had heard after ages, his voice was weak almost shuddering, the wolf begging for his mercy as he had pushed himself too far now "No Liyan we can't!" He said back and then came no response He was already trapped in this place, with his two children and now the option he was not trying to look forward was to kill himself and his beautiful children giving poison, yes may sound cruel but he couldn't live in a horror of seeing them killed infront of his eyes. This one for my children He said gaining his pace, Yeonmi almost hanging of his arm the little child looking confused to her mother, seolhyun asleep no matter if taehyung tripped and fell, the little boy wasn't going to wake up.
He saw an alley before his eyes, a dim light hanging on the top, he couldn't hear anything except his own pacing footsteps, he didn't really care about his surrounding but when something passed before his eyes his steps came to halt, eyes widened, it was a quick shadow running here and there but it was gone till taehyunb could adjust his eyes to it. When he saw nothing lingering around anymore he let his breathe out, turning to the other side to cross the alley, his eyes twitched at something and when he focused, all the colors from his face drained, a black wolf, its ruby eyes eyed down the boy infront of him, the figure extremely large in size standing on the other end Alpha
In the moment of shock his legs gave up, they didn't move when he eagerly wanted to run, when he wanted to wail to his luck of being so cruel to him, he was trembling with his weak self, when he got a hold on himself his footsteps were quick to turn him around "Taehyung" it was a soft version of the cold and emotionless voice he remembered, a call sounding more like a plead, he didn't look back he ran to reach a destination he didn't ought to go, tears gliding down his face, he knew the escape was hard now, he knew he was being chased by his mate and he won't be able to win this fight maybe in the next life he would bring justice to his children
He was aware that Jeongguk was in his wolf form which means he'd chase him down in no time, he was losing his stamina and his legs weren't as stable, stumbling over the field he was running on. his eyes quickly scanned the area and got stuck at a crane parked across the field he didn't think twice before walking towards it sitting against its wheel, holding his breathe in so he wouldn't draw attention, his legs were numb, his arms felt broken he put seolhyun on his lap making Yeonmi sit besides him "M-momma are we runnin' away fr-from da-dadda?" Her voice was barely a whisper and taehyung held in a sob looking over his pathetic self, the little girl knew better now, the omega didn't dare answer, just let her sit besides him while holding her tight by the shoulders, he didn't hear anyone on the other side a sigh of slight relief escaping his mouth and it came with a silent prayer "Just let us slip through this one moon godd-" he wasn't done when seolhyun was picked and placed on the ground and in a heartbeat his body was jerked upwards and pinned against the cold metal of the crane, he didn't budge to look who was standing infront of him, a sole tear making its way down his pained face "Forgive m-" his voice came out as a whimper when he was suddenly cut "How could you!?" his Alpha's growl mixed with a sob, he was yanked into the hard chest he knew very well, an arm secured around his waist, rough fingers caressing his jaw and then a pair of lips hovering over his

And once again...HI BUBBLES!! Forgive me for making you wait it wasn't entirely my fault though I wrote this chapter for 3 times because it got deleted even after me saving it, but thankfully by my sister's help I got this all done.
