Chapter 17

Y/n's POV

I slowly started to walk back home thinking about what happened, and when I walked inside I saw Ino just staring at me with a smirk, "You didn't tell me you had a boyfriend" she said smirking at me, that was when I realized I was still wearing Kakashi's clothes, I started to blush really hard, "Who's this lucky man, may I ask" she said adding to her previous comment with her same cocky smirk, "I don't have a boyfriend, I was just soaked from the rain and forgot my apartment keys so Kakashi sensei let me into his house and gave me his clothes to change into" I said looking away to avoid making eye contact. "Im going to go take a bath now" I said stomping away.

Kakashi's POV

I could hear Ino making fun of Y/n because I was sitting in my balcony. It made me blush hardcore.

Y/n's POV

I quickly took a bath and came out. Ino had made dinner so we ate that then went to sleep.

Next morning.

"/n..Y/n...Y/n" I woke up to Ino calling my name out and when I tried to sit my head started to hurt a lot. "Y/n are you alright, your burning up, You have a fever you should rest for today" she said with a concerned tone, "No I cant take a day off, we have training today" I said slowly trying to get up but I fall back onto my bed. "Y/n I will tell Kakashi sensei you wont be coming, I made breakfast it's on the table, heat it up before eating and remember to take the medicine on time" she said while walking out of my room, "I gotta go now or else I will be late, Bye Y/n" she said giving me a soft smile. "Okay, Take care" I said weakly and went back to sleep.

Kakashi's POV

I was getting ready to head out that was when I heard the door bell ring, I quickly walked over there and opened the door to see Ino standing there, "Oh hello Ino, what brings you here" I say giving her an eye smile. "Oh Kakashi  sensei, Y/n wont be coming for training today because she caught a fever" she said looking at me. "Sorry im actually running late I got to go now bye" she said as she ran down the building. "Oh my, She caught a fever, it must be because of yesterday. I think I should cancel training today and go visit Y/n" I think as I got out my house and walked to the were the other 3 were waiting for me. "Sensei how come your early, your even earlier than Y/n" Sakura said looking at me. "Oh, hahah, Y/n is actually sick so I was going to cancel training and go visit her" I said nervously scratching the back of my neck "Huh...y/n is sick" Sasuke and Naruto said synchronized. "um, yes do you want to come with me to her house" I asked shifting my focus from Sakura to the other two. "ya we are coming" Naruto said, "Im not going to Y/n's house, Im sure she is fine" Sakura says folding her hand and looking at another direction. "Sure I will come" Sasuke says, when Sakura hears that her jaw dropped "Im coming too then" she says while we start to walk back to Y/n's house.

30 minutes later.

I went and bought cake because I knew Y/n had a sweet tooth while the other 3 went ahead before me.

Y/n's POV

I ate breakfast and took my medicines and went to sleep when I hear the door bell so I walked toward it and open the door and there Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura standing. "Y/n we heard you were sick so we came as fast as we could" Naruto said while holding my hand "AHhaha...Naruto im not dying or anything so don't worry" I said while letting them in, "I only came because Sasuke-kun came" Sakura said while giving me a snotty look. "I know, I know, and I only let you in because I had to or you would start shouting and trouble the neighbors" I said while closing the door. "I'll go make tea for everyone" I said while slowly walking to the kitchen, "No y/n you should rest while me and Sakura will make tea" Naruto said while dragging Sakura to the kitchen leaving behind me an Sasuke alone in the living room. We both sat down, there was an unpleasant awkward silence in the room that was when Sasuke spoke "Y/n about the confession, im sorry if I had made you uncomfortable. I knew you would have ran away if I hadn't done that. I have always loved you since we met at the ninja academy" he said looking at me with desperate eyes, "Im sorry Sasuke but I have never thought of you like that, I don't like you in a romantic way, I actually like someone else, im sorry and if I did except your confession I don't think I would live to see the light again, all your fangirls would have killed me" I said nervously laughing at the end and looked to the ground.
