Bellatrix felt as if she was falling, the room in which she stood spun around rapidly. She no longer stood in her family drawing but instead in Aurora's old bedroom. She felt as if on the verge of tears, a rush of emotions hit her like a wave. Anger, fear, guilt, and sadness.

Aurora looked at her reflection, making Bellatrix and Harry mentally gasped. Both Harry and Bellatrix, viewed the memory through Auroras point of view.
Aurora's dark circle's hadn't left, her eyes were red. She looked as if she cried for years, her eyes puffy. Aurora wore a white long-sleeved shirt, she stood staring at her bare legs, only wearing her black laced knickers. Both Bellatrix and Harry grimaced at Aurora's appearance, her legs were practically covered in many ugly scars. It was a horrid sight to look at. Aurora was shaking, around her laid layers and upon layers of black clothing. There two inches away from her feet, was a silver mask, it was beautifully detailed in gold. Too beautiful for what it's used for.

A light knock interrupted her train of thought, the sound of her bedroom door opening and closing bounced off the entry hall of her bedroom. The click of heels sounded off the dark mahogany floor, filling the uncomfortable silence of Auroras bedroom. The smell of cigarette smoke and alcohol consumed the rooms vanilla and rose scent.

" I'm indecent," Aurora muttered. Quickly putting on her satin red robe. The blonde chuckled, shaking her head in amusement. " And I'm your mother."

The blonde made herself comfortable on the white love seat, near the small fireplace.

" Besides, your always indecent these days," Druella let out. Her voice dull and strict.
" You look like a living corpse. That will not do."

Resisting the urge to roll her eyes, Aurora took in a deep breath before turning to face her mother. Druella's eyes softened for a moment, though just a moment. Green met green, Druella was the first to divert her gaze, she took in the room. Every detail, moving pictures covered a shelf, the white four-poster bed that had butterflies down each side as well as the top. The bewitched ceiling, in which showed the different stars. " I'm trying my best."

" I - I know," Druella responded. Shocking herself and Aurora. Druella bite her lip, she peered up at Aurora who cautiously walked towards her.

" Mother, I know what you did."

" What are you going on about, child."

" You killed him," once again green met green both on the verge of tears. " Thank you, mum."

Letting down her guard, Druella cried. Though she never let her eyes leave her daughters own, her nose flared as she clenched her jaw, not wanting to make more of a fool out of herself.
" Don't thank me, Aurora."
