"What do you mean you lost them?" I growl out.

The guard in front of me bends forward in fear. That's right, they should fear me. I am a woman and I am on a revenge mission.

"They won't get too far," Moon says from behind me.

I smack my hand at the table. Moon signals the guards and they go out.

"I pulled the trigger. I did but he escaped. I was so close to killing him." I mumble into my hands.

His hands pat my back as he sits next to me.
"Blaze has always been like that. He gets influenced easily and that Hortensia got into his mind." Moon says.

I sometimes don't get it. How can this person love me so much? He lets me make all the big decisions and listens to me every time I speak.

"Why do you work on my plans? Can't you think a lot better than them?" I glance at him.

His lips quirk up and his eyes darken.
"I can always plan better but you plan like them. You think like them and some days before, you were them."

I hang my head and sigh.

Moon showed mercy and hid the fact that Father was a part of the HQ, this saving me.

He saved me and showed me who true evil is. It was always Hortensia.

She is a witch. Who knows if she lied about not being able to use her powers? She spelled everyone's mind into believing her.

She must've not spelled mine, because I was naive. Not the big piece in the game of chess but she made me guard the king and I made the king fall for me. So now the rules are reversed. The king guards me and I tell him the moves of the chess.

A guard knocks and comes in.

"We just saw Luna Ophelia going out of the castle premises without Alpha Xavier, my King."

Moon looks at me with eyes twinkling like the stars. "Looks like we got our map."

"Follow her. I need every little detail about her rendezvous." I order the guard.

"Do whatever your queen tells you." Moon order the guard and the guard.

I smile at Moon.

It's time to capture that bitch.

Hortensia

"There are not enough witches. We have thirty points." Amanda says.

"Can't we call for help? We have an army out there." Vulcan asks.

It's been 13 hours since Iris died and I buried her. I made Fred and Iris, both the ice gravestone.

There isn't enough time. We need to get our plans in action. It won't be long until the Council finds us here and traps us here.

"I might be able to help." We all snap our heads towards a new voice.

Sienna stands right next to Blaze with a smirk on her lips.
