Narrator POV

Wilbur walked out of his room after the stream, wanting to go to Tommy's room to see when dinner was up. But he was interrupted by the bell ringing, he saw the butler head down to carry the luggage like he did for him and Tubbo. Tommy also headed out to the compound to greet the four. They all were talking while coming upstairs. “Hey! Phil, Niki, Jack and George.” said Will while heading towards the group. “Will!” said Niki while engulfing the taller into a hug. “Come on guys, I'll show you your rooms.” said Tommy while motioning them to follow. “Where's Tubbo?” asked Jack. “He was talking to Ranboo about their joint stream that they were going to do soon.” said Tommy, not caring to look back at the five who were following him. Niki was given the room right beside Will's. Phil's was beside Tommy's, Jack and Nicki were staying on the first floor. It amazed all of them on how big the house actually was, I mean they all had separate rooms, and the people coming now would be well above 10, still then not all the rooms were filled. They all went to their respective rooms and were told that they can have dinner during their own accord. Since Phil was right next to Tommy's room he could hear most of the things going on in the room. He knew that Tommy's phone had problems so he had to put the person on the other end on speaker to listen to their voice. “I told you Thomas the meeting is final.” Phil heard his mother say. “She used me, she was horrible. Vanessa Blackwood fucking traumatized me.” he said. Phil's eyes widened as he heard the conversation, they both were arguing about Vanessa. Tommy was stating all the horrible things that Vanessa had done to him while their 12 year long friendship. Phil heard about how he was friends with Vanessa since they were 3 years old but broke it off when he was 15, since he was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. The only real explanation for his decreasing mental state was Vanessa, since he wasn't bullied by anyone or physically hurt by anyone except for Vanessa. She was the only person to keep him company since his parents were usually not at home. When he broke his friendship with Vanessa it took a toll on both of them, since both of them came from rich background and were usually alone. So this would be the first time that they would see each other since 2 years, since both of them were now 17. The meeting was in a week so all of the people from the dream smp would be there. Vanessa would be at Tommy's house just in 7 days. He was convinced by his mother that Vanessa had changed and to give her another chance, to which Tommy was reluctant at first but after much persuading he was convinced. So they hung up. They had been on the call for exactly 30 minutes, so now it 9 and Tommy went for dinner. The others also went for dinner around this time. So they were all eating together. The meal could be described as a gourmet, there were salads along with steak, vegetables and fruits. Servants were coming in and out of the hall for refills and to bring new dishes. There was wine and beer for everyone except for Tommy and Tubbo, who had mocktails. There was water too of course, for people who didn't want to drink. Only Jack had beer while the others had wine and mocktails. The dinner was delicious to say the least, in the middle of the dinner while everyone was chatting Tommy gathered everyone's attention and started “Everyone I need to inform you all that everyone else would be here till Friday this week. And there would be a family guest coming here for a business meeting on the next Monday. So I'd require you all to be on your best behaviour as this is a big deal for our company.” they all nodded and said that they understood and would be on their best behaviour. The next day's went well, everyone from the dream smp had arrived till Friday and on Saturday they had a movie night and on Sunday they all streamed. Soon the dreaded day came, the day to meet Vanessa Blackwood after a good 2 years. Tommy wore a Black suit with a black tie and white shirt, paired with black pants and boots. He had many more people from his parents company to his house today for the meeting. This was supposed to be a day long meet, Vanessa was supposed to arrive at 10 and leave after dinner at 10. So she would be there for a good 12 hours, or half a day. Around 8 Tommy told everyone not to interact with Vanessa Blackwood unless she does so first. Everyone was quite shocked to say the least about the younger's behaviour, they had never seen Tommy more anxious. Their shocked states were soon turned into those of sympathy or anger after Phil told them about the conversation of Tommy and His mother. “She's here sir.” said Tommy's butler looking at his young master. The Simons house butler had served them for the past 25 years, so he had a good idea on what Vanessa was like and what really happened between Vanessa and Tommy. Tommy headed towards the gates and was greeted by a limousine parking in front of him. There was a beautiful young lady coming out of the car, she had long blonde hair and ocean blue eyes. She wore a black gown with silver details and carried a black clutch with gold flakes. She was also accompanied by bodyguards and many more people from her company. Tommy's bodyguards were also there beside Tommy's side. “Ms. Blackwood, I hope you had a great journey without any interruptions here.” Tommy said, while putting his hand out for a shake which was soon met by Vanessa's in a formal shake. “Yes Mr. Simons it was a great journey without any problems.” she said. Tommy motioned her to walk beside him towards the house, little did they know that the other guests at his house were looking the whole interaction from the third floor. Neither Vanessa nor Tommy would be up on the third floor today, so they were supposed to move there for today. “It has been a long time hasn't it Tom?” Vanessa said smiling towards Tommy. Tommy remained silent for a while but soon replied “It has, hasn't it Vanny?” he said, reciprocating the smile. They didn't head into the main house for a while, they were just walking around the rose bushes, just talking. They realised that they both were now more mature and changed for the better. They could be friends again if they wanted to now, since they had been for 12 years. “I'm sorry Tommy for what I did, I was going through a lot of things for the past years. I was completely out of my mind. I hope we can be friends again, I won't force you. I know what I did was horrible and don't deserve your forgiveness-” she was cut short by Tommy hugging her. “It's fine Vanny, I missed you.” he said while separating from the hug. They continued the walk when suddenly Vanessa was stopped by Tommy kneeling one one knee and offering Vanessa a rose, for starting all over. Starting with their friendship all over and to put their past behind them. Vanessa of course accepted it, and they continued their walk in the gardens. The others on the third floor where in awe “Aw Tommy.” said Wilbur with brotherly love in his voice. “He's such a little gentleman.” said Niki. “Mhm, of course his best friend is back isn't she?” said Tubbo, clearly jealous of Tommy and Vanessa's friendship. “It's fine Tubbo, he won't replace you.” said Dream, reassuring him. Soon the two headed into the house, still talking. Now their voices could clearly be heard throughout the whole house. Since it was so silent. The voices of the others could not be heard on the ground floor but the people on the other floor could hear the others on the floors beneath them, so Tommy and Vanessa had no idea that their conversation was being heard. “Should we head to the meeting hall?” asked Tommy. “Yes, it's about time that we started the meeting. I mean this isn't a casual visit now is it?” she said while walking beside Tommy towards the meeting hall.
