"Wait a minute... You're telling me that you were a boy?" I asked and looked at her astonished.

Kuina nodded nervously, probably thinking I would judge her for that.

"That sounds real damn cool!" I said, not believing that the beauty in front of me had once been a little boy.

"Thanks, I don't tell it most people, because they would call me names for it. My father also told me they would when I decided to leave him."

"That's not that great, but you know that I'll support you in whatever you do, I mean, you've become like a sister to me" I laughed.

At the moment, me and Kuina were talking about our families while Chishiya had gone out to try and figure out the piece of paper.

I smiled at the thought of him and the long kiss we had shared this morning, before Kuina had slammed the door to my room open, making me flinch before bursting into laughter.

It was about lunch time and we had all eaten a bit of food.

"Well, my dad is also weird. But I don't really like talking about my parents. They've kinda abandoned me after I turned 18."

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that..." Kuina sighs, probably feeling bad for me.

"Yeah, but I guess it makes the two of us much more similar."

"Maybe it's a sign that we were destined to meet!" She jokes.

I laugh before turning around when we heard the apartment door slam open and quick steps coming towards my room, where we were sitting.

Then Chishiya burst in.

"I think I know what this is! N/n, do you have a route map of the subways somewhere here?" He asked, urging me up from my sitting position.

"Yes, but why do you need one?" I asked.

"Just give it to me and you'll see." He spoke and I stood up, getting the map from my desk.

"Here you go." I said and he surprised me by giving me a kiss on my cheek.

"So, what do you want to show us?" Kuina asked and Chishiya opened the map.

"As you see, these lines are actually the rout map of a subway station." He explained and I looked closer, starting to see the matching lines.

"What station is it?" Kuina asked.

"It looks like it's the Minami-Aoyama Station" I answered, pointing at the route map.

"Then let's go there immediately!" Kuina said and we set off after I pocketed two of my knives that I had taken from a shop this morning.

***Time skip***

Now we were walking along the dark walls of the Minami-Aoyama Sta. before we saw a small door in front of us.

As Chishiya pushed it open, I could see a small room

We walked into the room and I could faintly smell a foul scent in the air.

Then I saw them: the dead people scattered across the room.

"Are you serious?!" I heard a familiar voice that made me look up.

"Arisu? Usagi?" I asked.

"Y/N" They both exhaled, surprised.

Then Chishiya and Kuina came in, after me.

"You actually found this place. As expected from someone I have high hopes for." Chishiya said, his voice clear.

He took my hand in his and started walking around a table full of computer screens, pulling me after him gently.

"We meet again" Kuina said.

"You guys...Y-y/n how can you be alive? Not that I want you dead, but why didn't you make yourself known to us? We thought you died! And how could you be with them?! They betrayed us!" Usagi said and I let go of Chishiya's hand, to hug her.

"It's a lot, I know that, but I will explain it to you later" I whispered.

"She's right. Y/n will explain everything to you but thanks to you guys, I have all the numbered playing cards with me. Thank you." Chishiya smiled and held up the stack of cards.

"How did you discover this place?" Arisu asked and Chishiya explained everything we had worked out to find this place.

"What happens when we collect all the playing cards? I thought I would know the answer after I came here." Chishiya said, coming closer to Arisu, Usagi and me which made me go back to standing beside him.

He looked at me and smiled, placing his arm around my waist and pulling me closer to him, into a back hug while also letting his chin rest on my head.

I smiled nervously at Usagi and Arisu while I had the feeling that Chishiya was literally hiding behind me.

"But there's only one thing I discovered." He continued talking to Arisu and Usagi, who were looking at us with their eyebrows raised.

"They are not the game masters." Arisu ended Chishiya's sentence.

"Right" Chishiya just whispered.

"Judging from the fact that they were all killed after our victory, they are humans like us, and on top of that..." He spoke and I cut him off, finally understanding everything.

"There's someone above them" I finished off and he nodded.

Then the room was filled with silence.

"Just who could they be?" Usagi finally spoke up.

"Who knows?" Chishiya said.

Suddenly every monitor turned on and I looked around, now noticing how many there were in this room.

Music started playing.

SPECIAL URGENT BRODCAST

♠♦♣♥

That was written on the screens, with a spades, diamonds, clubs and hearts sign below the sentence.

"Congratulations to all players." A voice said, but it wasn't the familiar robotic voice.

No, it was an other voice that I knew.

A blurry face appeared on all screens.

"What?" Kuina asked as we walked over to where she was standing.

Then the face on all screens cleared and in front of me I could see...

"Mira." Arisu said.

So that's creepy smile girl's name...

Interesting.

End of Chapter 27.

I'm sorry that I didn't update last week, but it was like I had forgotten how to write and didn't have any ideas.
