HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYOMA 🎂🎉🎁🎾
The wind threatened to rip Kaito right off of the motorbike as Mondo kept on driving at high speed. Kaito gripped on tighter than he thought that he ever could, as he was scared of being catapulted into the air if the bike stopped very suddenly. Mondo didn't seem to pay any mind to it. He was only focused on the road ahead and seemed to pick up speed. Kaito tried to focus on where they were going, but the wind made it hard for him to keep his eyes open. No one else was going along the road, so it was easy for Mondo to go at this speed. Honestly, Kaito wouldn't have minded it if he wasn't forced into this situation. He didn't know what was worse at that moment: being given a ride on a motorbike that was going impossibly fast with a high chance of him being hurt or killed, or being with a biker gang leader that was pretty pissed off.
"Mondo! Slow down!" Kaito yelled as loud as he could, taking the risk of something flying into his mouth. He wanted to try to reason with Mondo, but he seemed to have selective hearing at that moment. "Where are we even going?!" Again, Mondo didn't seem to be listening. He only proceeded to go faster. This caused Kaito to hold on even tighter. He really didn't want to see what happened if they got into an accident. He was starting to wonder if Mondo was secretly trying to purposefully get them hurt or even killed. Thankfully, he felt like his prayers were answered, when Mondo suddenly started to slow down. It wasn't anywhere in particular, it was still on the road. He only pulled over to the die, finally pulling to a stop.
"Finally! Now-HEY!" Kaito sighed in relief, which then turned into a yelp. Mondo had dismounted and grabbed Kairo's arm very suddenly. He yanked the teen off of the bike, dragging him further into the woods. "LET GO! YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRAG ME!" Mondo didn't listen, proceeding to drag Kaito by the arm. His grip was so strong that it was threatening to break the bone. Kaito just barely kept up with him, not wanting to have to deal with any injuries at that moment. He tried to keep up with Mondo's angry strides as best he could. It proved to be quite difficult, as if the biker had forgotten that he was dragging somebody with him and he didn't care at what was happening. Kaito really thought that his arm was going snap until he suddenly felt like he was thrown through the air. He felt nothing but gravity until he hit the ground. The wind was knocked right after him as he laid still for a moment. He was completely paralysed as he tried to process what had happened to him. When he finally recovered, he sat up and glared right at the biker.
"Mondo! What are you-" he started yelling, really wanting to get this over with already. He had more troubling things to worried about without all this nonsense.
"What the fuck were you thinking?!" Mondo yelled, countering Kaito's voice, his eyes screaming murder. He almost reminded Kaito of how he looked when they were fighting the Kyūketsuki No Hōsoku to save Maki. Is that why they were all the way out here? So Mondo could let loose on his anger at Kaito without an audience getting in the way? It didn't matter now anyway.
"Here we go again." Kaito grumbled, feeling like he was listening to a broken record player. He slowly got up, ignoring the darkening bruise on his arm as it slowly started to heal itself. "Look I've already been through this lecture. Can you just get to the point?"
"The point is that you're in deep shit kid. If there was a bottom, you'd drill right through it!" Mondo yelled, his face getting even darker. Normally, anyone would feel intimidated by this, but Kaito didn't strangely enough. Maybe he had gotten used to Maki's glaring that Mondo's had little affect on him.
"Whatever! I'm handling it just fine!" Kaito protested. It was a lie. He wasn't handling it well, but he didn't need anyone else to be dragged into this. His family and Maki were enough of a burden already. Wanting to try to get home, he tried to step past Mondo. He knew the forest well enough home on foot without the aid of the road. However, Mondo had other ideas. As Kaito tried to get around him, he suddenly kicked the teenager int he back of the knees. Kaito fell to his hands and knees in shock. He was yanked right out of his shock as he suddenly felt Mondo push him onto his stomach.
