Chapter one:
Cassie's POV
So I love you, you hate me and I don't know how to deal with that . . .
Yes, that's perfect. That lyric will fit perfectly for a new song. It brings out what I am feeling!
"Cassandra, are you done packing?" my Mom shouted from the kitchen.
Shit!. I forgot. I quickly got my suitcase and started putting all my stuff inside. One hour after packing I went downstairs and my parents and I got in the car.
Sorry if I didn't introduce myself before but here it goes, my name is Cassandra but my friends call me Cassie, I'm eighteen, my long light brown hair is wavy, my eyes are grey, and my height is 5'5. I use black glasses, and I have a mole on my left cheekbone. Right now I'm on my way to the Washington D.C airport to go to Chicago. I got a scholarship for The Chicago College of Arts or for short TCCA.
"Sweety, are you sure you want to go to TCCA? You could still change your mind and have a business and be successful just like your sister" my mom said.
Look, I love my sister Amy and all, but she is like the perfect daughter and my parents always compare me to her and I don't like that. We don't talk much anymore because of her big clothes business in New York, but we still talk from time to time.
"No, mom. I'm sure. Just leave it, please. I want to be a singer, so just leave it" I said. I was tired of hearing her always telling me who to be.
"Ok fine. But if anything happens, you know you can go work at your sister's business." my mom added.
"She has a spot in one of the offices for you." my dad said.
I sighed and rolled my eyes. I looked down and reminded myself that my sister was always very kind to me. For example, I was wearing a white, long-sleeved, crop top; I was also wearing tight, black jeans (that were ripped) and black leather high-heel boots. This all came from my sister's creations. And she was very kind because they were gifts and the actual price is too much to put down on paper.
"I don't know I'll think about it," I said to stop talking about it.
For the rest of the way I just listened to music on my air pods. When we finally got there, I got out of the car and my dad gave me my suitcases. Then, we went straight to the check-in center to check in. Later people there checked if I had any gun or stuff like that. When I was done, my parents and I sat down to wait for the time to get on the plane.
"Ok that's all thanks for bringing me here I will miss you guys," I said.
"We will miss you too, and remember that if you need anything you can call us or your sister," my mom said.
"Yeah and if you ever need some money you can always ask your sister for some" my dad said.
I know that, I just don't like asking her because I feel like I would just talk to her for money.
"Yeah yeah I know but I could also get a job so that I don't have to ask her," I said,
"Yeah but better ask her so that you are not stressed by it all," my dad said.
"THE FLIGHT 107 TO CHICAGO WILL GO IN FIVE MINUTES," the flight attendant said through the speaker.
"Um I should probably go but I will miss you guys," I said while I hugged them,
"We will miss you too sweetie good luck," my mom said
"Take care honey," my dad said.
"Ok, I will, and thanks bye." I turned around and walked toward the lady that let me on the plane. "Can you please show me your ticket? "the lady asked,
"Oh yeah, here it is," I said while I showed the ticket to her.
"Ok, that's all. You can go in," the lady said.
"Ok, thanks. Bye," I walked into the plane and then sat down on my seat which was luckily next to the window. Then, I got my air pods and I started listening to music from my playlists.
A/N: Heey :)
So I hope you liked my first chapter! I will post a chapter each day and if I don't it's probably because I'm busy. Byee
