Cassie's POV
When I woke up it was already morning Claire was still sleeping so I got up and went to take a bath.
After I got changed into a grey, long sleeve crop top and some black jeans. These jeans had no rips. I got my black heels and put them on. I made my bed and then I sat on my desk. I opened up my laptop and then I saw what I had to do today on my to-do list. I saw that since it was Sunday, classes started until tomorrow and today we would have a tour of the university that would start at 11 am, and right now it was 9 am.
After I saw that, I went to wake Claire up.
"Claireeeeeeeee! Wake up let's go eat breakfast I'm hungry." I said in a singsong voice
"Aah, I don't want to wake up." She said, I smirked as I got an amazing idea.
"Claire WAKE UP THERE IS AN EARTHQUAKE!!" I screamed.
She immediately stood up but I couldn't take it anymore so I started cracking up.
"Haha, you liar, why did you wake me up like that? You scared me!!!" she asked
"I was hungry and there is a tour of TCCA at 11 am and we have to go eat! It's 9 am!" I screeched.
"Ok I'm gonna go take a shower," she said in a sleepy voice.
While she was taking a bath I sat down on my bed and I kept reading this book called Stay There. The book is good. It is a trilogy and the book I'm reading is the second book. I was reading when Claire came out of the bathroom and she was wearing a red shirt, white jeans, and black flats.
"Ok, are you ready to go?" I asked
"Yes, I'm ready." She replied.
"So where do you want to go eat breakfast," I asked.
"Um... there is this place that I went to yesterday but it's a little far away. Do you think we will make it, we could go by taxi?" she asked
"Yeah, sure! Let's go there," I said.
We got out of the room and then we went out and got in the taxi. Claire told the taxi man where to go, and in the meantime, we stayed in silence. When we finally got there, we got out of the taxi and we paid him.
Then we got inside the Cafe and we ordered our food, Claire ordered eggs and I ordered an omelet. When the waiter went back to the kitchen we were free to talk.
"So how did it go yesterday with Ethan?" I asked.
"So how did it go yesterday with Ethan?" I asked.
"It went well, he took me to this romantic place and we ate. Then we sat down to watch the stars and he gave me roses, it was amazing," she said with a dreamy smile. I just smiled at her.
"We talked about you too you know, but don't worry it was just that you are my roommate, and yeah," she said.
"Ohh ok I'm glad you had a fun time," I said with a smile.
"What did you do while I was gone?" she asked.
"I listened to music and then I went downstairs to eat. Oh and then I bumped into this guy . . . " I sighed.
"Oooh, and what happened? Did you guys talk all night?" she asked with an evil smirk.
"No it's not what you think, I met this guy at the airport but he was rude, and when we bumped into each other he asked my name and I told him, and he told me his name, but I just can't stand him," I said with a frustrated look.
"Oh ok. I'm glad nothing happened though," she said with a knowing look.
"Um... why exactly?" I asked, confused.
"I told you that with Ethan we talked about you right, well I told him that I felt sad that you didn't have a boyfriend, so we arranged a double date with one of his friends," she said excitedly. "WHAT?!?!" I shrieked, standing up, and everyone in the cafe turned to look at me, so I quickly sat down.
"Yeah and it is tomorrow after our classes," she responded.
"Ok um... why didn't you tell me?" I asked.
"I wanted it to be a surprise," she said with a big smile.
I smiled back but I was so nervous cause I didn't even know this guy I mean I'm not even that pretty. What if he doesn't like me the moment I see him, or what if he doesn't want me, or hurts my feelings. A million bad possibilities were filling my head and that only made me more nervous.
