Anyone like my new Facebook thingy up there?
Ok guys this is just a random rant because I'm bored so you can read it if you want or not I don't really care.
I honestly hate cliche, stereotypical and predictable books.
Like honestly, I'm reading a book and then this happens:
She starts singing along to the song and everyone stared at her.
"What?" She asks innocently.
"Damn girl, you can sing."
Oh, And then it just so happens that she can conveniently play the guitar because she used to when she was younger but stopped. She's also blonde and blue eyed, gorgeous yet she doesn't know. (Not hating on blondes or anything, I honestly think blondies are hot)
Then there's the jock or popular person who never stays in a relationship but this girl or whatever has him wrapped around her finger. He falls madly in love with her bleh blah bluh...
The jock or popular person falls for her and ends up kissing her.
Now this can spiral two ways,
• they stop talking all together then after about a week admit their undying love for one another.
• he says all this cheesy crap and she doesn't know what to do and gets really confused yet still ends up with him.
Then this happens in just about every book,
He/she gets into a car crash and ends up in the hospital after a horrible fight with the other. The lover rushes down to the hospital only to find that he/she is fine but has fallen into a coma.
They stay at their bedside all the time and when they finally wake up the uninjured one is so happy!
Oh But wait he/she has just woken up with amnesia.(pun intended) And forgets that he/she has a girlfriend/boyfriend.
Then again this can go into three ways:
• he/she gets their memory back and they fall in love again.
•it takes a while for he/she to get her memory back but the girlfriend/boyfriend vows to stick at their side and helps them to get their memory back.
•memory never comes back driving the lover insane and committing suicide and then after he/she is dead the other ones gets their memory back, realizing that they had lost their lover and kills themselves too.
And they all live happily ever after... Except for the last one.
Okay guys I'm not hating on anyone's stories or on hot blondes or sexy jocks or anything but I'm just sharing my view on books that are all the same. I'm positive that I've read some of your books an loved them.
And that's why I hate het fanfics.
But that's why I love Larry_Lashton and ICheeseYou because their stories have so much originality that I wonder how they do it. They're actually very creative and funny. So if you don't already read from them I urge you to go read their books now!
Also good news an bad. Good is that I've been writing so much a that I have about five more chapters to go. Bad is that my mom wants me to stay for a week more. So that means updates when I can.
