Chap 17

Lxc called his uncle, and told him about the events, who asked lxc to transfer wanyin into lqr’s home. Lxc took permission from the doctor to transfer wanyin to be treated at home or another hospital and brought him to his uncle’s house where they contacted their family doctor and his team to treat wanyin at home in full security. As no one knows wanyin was here. Lqr calls Yzy
Yzy: Lan qiren, to what do I owe this pleasure?
Lqr: I want to talk to you about something important. Are you alone?
Yzy: What matter? Why?
Lqr: Yzy it's for your own benefit, are you alone?
Yzy: I am.
Lqr: I know where your son is.
Yzy: what? Qiren!!! Are you mocking me? What are you playing at?
Lqr: Yzy calm down and listen to me. Your son needs you, wwx found him and it's not long before he told jfm and they start looking for him, maybe he already told him and they are on their way to you. Don't tell any of them about where you are going and why. Just come to my house. Your son is here.
Suddenly Yzy hears her office door opening and jfm barges in
Jfm: My lady! -
Yzy stops him and says on call
Yzy: ok I'll attend that meeting as this is important for our business, I'll call you later.
Then turns to jfm but before she can say something he starts
Jfm: my lady a-Xian found a-cheng. That kid was looking for a-cheng all this time and he found him. He called me and told me a-cheng is in gusu. He's trying to find out more at this moment.
Yzy: ok. Anything else? I have a meeting soon and I have to get there. If your monolog about Wei wuxian is complete then you can go now. And tell me about this after he finds more.
Jfm was stunned. He thought Yzy would be happy because he saw her crying after he told her that jiang cheng ran away. So he doesn't understand this reaction. But he sneers inside thinking she really is cold and heartless. But he doesn't mind, he himself doesn't want jc to come back home. He is filthy to keep an eye on his own brother. But wwx loves his brother and wants him back home, so he'll look for him.
As soon as jfm leaves, Yzy sends lqr message asking for the address. Then she books an earliest flight to Gusu and packs her bag. She wants to reach her son as soon as possible.

LQR opens the door for Yzy. As soon as she enters she asks "where is my son?" lqr tells her to follow him and takes her to lxc's room where wanyin was hooked to the ventilator, still unconscious, lxc was sitting beside him on a chair, holding his hand.
He would murmur "mama, a-niang, xichen, huan-ge" in his unconscious state, having nightmares. Yzy as soon as she sees her son on ventilator she runs towards her son crying, but he doesn't wake up so she asks.
Yzy: lqr!!! What did you two do to my son?
Lqr: Yzy, we did nothing. A-yin suffered a mild stroke when he suddenly encountered wwx and he grabbed his hand.
Yzy: what? Stroke? But he's so young why?
Lxc: a-yin's young but a mind can take so much before it breaks. He suffered a lot. Wwx was no help.

Yzy: What do you mean he suffered a lot? And why are you both calling him a-yin? His name is a-cheng.

Lxc: it's what I said. And his name was Cheng but it's Yu Wanyin now. He hates the name Jiang.

Yzy: *gasp* yu?
Lqr: yes. Yu wanyin.

Yzy: When you had my son, why didn't you call me earlier? Was he always with you? Why is he here? Did you help him run away, qiren?

Lqr: He's here because he's my nephew's boyfriend and I met him a few months ago. I wanted to call you, so I asked him but he was not ready. He told me he'll meet you during his summer break. But he didn't get the time as you see wwx saw him before that. And your son didn't run away. He was kicked out.

Yzy: what? How? Why? Who can dare to kick my son out of my house?

Lxc: jfm. I don't know the exact details but a-yin told me his father threw him out of his house. And-

Lxc doesn't get to finish what he was saying because wanyin started screaming because of a nightmare again. He was asking for his mother and xichen. Yzy hugs him and says

Yzy: mama is here baby. Mama is here. Shhh. Don't be afraid. I'm here now.
Ywy smells a familiar scent and opens his eyes to his mother's face. He cries harder, clinging to his mother.

Ywy: *during broken sobs*mama, where were you mama? Mama please save me. Mama help. Mama they'll kill me mama I'll die. Please mama hide me. Mama they are so big I can't fight mama please take me with you. Mama I'll be a good boy please mama don't leave me. A-niang please.
And he sleeps crying.  Yzy cried at seeing her son like that but she was confused about what Ywy said. So she hugs her tighter and looks at lqr and lxc suspiciously and asks
"What did you do to my son?"
Lqr: We did not do anything to him. He has ptsd. I don't know the details but my nephew knows a few things. He is helping him in his therapy too.
Yzy looks at lxc with a questioning stare. Lxc sighs and ask them
"Let's go talk in the lounge. I don't want to disturb wanyin."
Lqr and Yzy follow him outside where he makes tea for them and sits on the couch.
Yzy: Now start talking, boy. Why is my son in this state?
Lxc: As uncle said he has ptsd. He was gang raped after he was kicked out of your house. *Yzy and lqr gasp* He was very young and they were older than him, so he couldn't fight, but he still resisted and his resistance earned many scars on his body. I don't know the exact details as talking about it hurts him too much and I don't want to see him hurt. But I know they dumped him near a trash can thinking he's dead. An old couple found him and took him to the hospital and he survived somehow. I met him 3 years ago at university.
