Hey it's the author here! I'm so sorry for not updating for over a year...
I wouldn't be surprised if most of you lost interest already. But if you didn't see my announcement, I'm planning to leave Wattpad once I finish this book and my other books. Unless I decide to start a new one, that's what I'm deciding as of this moment. I am so sorry about the wait. But anyways, here's your chapter!

Hangli POV

"Yah! Why do I have to be here?" I crossed my arms.

She sighed, "Hangli, after all you've been through, you need to talk it out. It's only been a week since the incident."

"I told you, I don't need counseling," I rolled my eyes.

"Then what is with this attitude of yours? You're usually a sweet girl Hangli," she reached to rub my shoulder.

I continued to look out the window, avoiding eye contact.

"Hangli, I know it's been a while since you've seen me, but Lucas told you to be here. I think you should take his advice."

"Well I don't need you anymore. I don't need therapy!" I stood up, pissed.

"Hyunjin assaulted you. And your friends. You aren't traumatized even a little bit?" She tilted her head.

I squeezed my eyes shut, flashbacks of him flooded my mind. "No, I'm fine. I'm going now, sorry I wasted your time."

I walked out the door before she could say anything. Ugh. I don't know why Lucas thought I should go see her again. She didn't even help before. What a waste of money.

"Ugh, I'm hungry.." I rubbed my belly.

I continued walking down the streets. I spotted a BBQ place. My mouth waters. Eyes locked on that juicy meat, I lick my lips.

"What, found your lover?"

I jumped, startled. "Yah, why'd you scare me like that?" I sighed with relief.

"Ahh, sorry Hangli," Jinkwon flashed a smile.

"C'mon you have to pay me back for scaring me now," I pulled his arm, pointing at the BBQ place.

He giggled as I dragged him down the street.

-

"What?!? He's making you go to therapy?"

I nodded as I sipped my soda.

"For how long?" He continued eating.

"I have no idea. I went today but I left because I don't need it." I flipped the meat.

"Well he still seems like a good brother. Maybe you should go," Jinkwon shrugged his shoulders.

"Nahh, I'm fine." I stared down at the meat.

He softly grabbed my chin, lifting it towards him. He inspected my face, "Hmm, you look fine, but are you mentally okay?"

I put his hand down, "I promise, I'm fine." I smiled.

"Well, then let's lighten the mood! Wanna do karaoke after?"

I nodded.

Renjun POV

"Oh shit oh shit oh shit," I murmured, running through the streets.

I'm almost late for work and it's my first day! How can I screw up on the first day? I'm so stupid!

I made a left and was almost there. I checked my watch. Yes! I'm not gonna be late after all. I stop at the front to catch my breath. I look through the window, Hangli’s there.. with that guy.

"Shit! What the heck! I can't go in there!" I quickly ducked under a table outside.

I poked my head over the table a bit. She's smiling… I haven't seen her smile in a while. Both of them stood up and were about to pay. I held my breath and hid behind our plant.

They both left, looking so happy as they walked away. I shake off that weird jealousy feeling and walk in. I looked up to see my angry manager. Uh oh…
