31 part 1

Izzy's POV 

When Kurtz made me watch him get killed my one year anniversary of being free was right round the corner by 3 months. For 3 months we were getting a party together and on top of that I had to help plan the wedding when I had time. Tabitha is making me take a month off from work so after school when I have time I take a nap because lets be honest I've been so stressed that I have been only getting 3 hours of sleep at night. Last night I pulled an all nighter so I was super delusional today because I lost track of time editing a video since that's the only time I have. Dad wasn't all that happy about it. 

Sweet Pea- Izzy 

Izzy- Yeah 

Sweet Pea- Did you get any sleep at all 

Izzy- No 

Sweet Pea- Your not going to school today

Izzy- Dad I have 3 tests today 

Sweet Pea- You can make it up. Izzy 3 weeks you have been getting 3 hours or less of sleep then no sleep have you been going to counseling 

Izzy- Yes 

Sweet Pea- Oh really because Mary has texted me on multiple occasions to ask where your at so where are you going 

Izzy- Non of you're business

Sweet Pea- Elizabeth  Eve Connor where do you go when your supposed to be at Mary's 

Izzy- Sweet Water River 

Sweet Pea- To do what exactly 

Izzy- Planning shit out that other people have no time for 

Sweet Pea- Thats it no working at all at pop's or the Whyte Wyrm for an entire month, no helping your mom and I planning out the wedding, no planning the party. 

Izzy- What about the video

Sweet Pea- You can still do the video but when I tell you its okay 

Izzy- What am I supposed to do about school 

Sweet Pea- Your being home schooled until I can trust you to go out like that again 

Izzy- Are you serious dad 

Sweet Pea- Yes because your going to get yourself killed 

Izzy- Well maybe you should let it happen 

Dad completely froze and mom just walked in right when I said that. 

Sweet Pea- Okay that's it Jinjara call Mary your staying with Mary till this thought gets out of your head

Izzy- I have a life you know 

Sweet Pea- I know but you don't understand the major consequences that will cause everyone if you dropped dead

Izzy- What about the party 

Sweet Pea-  YOU WILL STAY WITH MARY UNTIL YOU REALIZE THAT MAKING YOURSELF WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND YOU WILL TURN TO DRUGS AND START DRINKING TILL YOU GET YOURSELF KILLED. Pack your things 

I ignored him and tried to run off but he shoved me into my room. Dad has locked my window since I've gotten no sleep. I held the door shut until I packed all my things. He let me out and we walked to the truck. When we pulled up Mary was waiting for us and dad still had the look on his face. I just walked in and went into the house. I then realized I left my jacket in the truck. 

Sweet Pea- Where do you think your going 

Izzy- I left my serpent jacket in the truck 

Sweet Pea- Nope your not getting that back until the party
