Izzy's POV

The next morning I woke up and Noella had to force me to get a few hours of sleep. Around 9 I woke up again and got ready to get my dad for our run. I walked out and grabbed a few things before I left. Hoshy and Kidden were out in the living room. 

Noella- Don't be rude 

Izzy- Noella 

Noella- Your grouchy 

Izzy- I'm sore. See you guys soon 

I walked out and drove my car to dad's house. I picked him up and I drove to the trail I go to in fox forest. 

Sweet Pea- How long are we going

Izzy- 3 miles 

We started and he had to go my pace so he doesn't go ahead of me. It was nice to go with him and sometimes Kevin joins me with Fangs. I ran into them again today.

Fangs- You got your dad to come with you 

Izzy- Yes 

We talk while we run and catch up. We go our separate ways and I tell dad to drive my car back. I ran back to my house and dad was near by and I know he was worried about me. I got back to the house and dad gives me my water that is still cold. 

Sweet Pea- Can I ask why you had me drive your car back

Izzy- Because I can go a little longer if I feel like it 

Sweet Pea-Okay I'll see you later

I walked into the house and our new dog is jumping all over me. 

Izzy- Stay down. Heal 

He sat down and I then gave him love. 

Noella- How was your run 

Izzy- Good 

Noella- What do you want missy 

Izzy- Can you make me your best avocado toast that I love so much 

Noella- Fried eggs on top 

Izzy- You know it 

Noella- Matcha or coffee 

Izzy- Matcha kinda day

Noella- You go get ready go get ready

Izzy- Baby I need to do my PT 

Noella- What do you have to do 

Izzy- I will do the easy shit first I'll do the weights later 

Noella- Okay 

I did them while my food was being made. I wasn't doing a lot of stuff it was just a few stretches she wanted me to do. I then read a text she sent me saying don't do any lifting while she's gone. I really didn't want to do it so I was not wanting to do it. 

Kidden- You good 

Izzy- Yes I just news on something I don't have to do until she gets back 

Noella- So you don't have to later

Izzy- Nope 

Noella- Your food 

Izzy- I don't want to get up can you bring it to me 

Noella- Oh my god 

Izzy- What 

Noella- Your sitting up 

Izzy- I have sore legs women 

She pulled me up and she made get up to get it. I ate it so I could enjoy my matcha. I was sitting down watching tv while drinking my matcha. I like this . We just chilled and then I went to go get ready for the day.
