The Girl Next Door - Pietro x Reader

Chapter One

(Your POV)

It all happened so soon. He was there one minute then being taken away the next. I was afraid I'd never see him again until that day.... 

I had been cleaning my room when I saw him. Just standing there in the window looking at me. He must have just gotten to the orphanage because for years that room had been empty. I then saw a young girl walk over and pull him away from the window. That was the first time I had seen him. I didn't know him but I knew that I had to.

(Pietro's POV)

"You can't talk to strangers Pietro! What were you thinking?" Wanda asked me.

"I was thinking that I don't want to be cooped up in this orphanage anymore and that I want a friend." I replied.

"Okay well you can't talk to her." She said then left my room.

(Your POV)

It had been a few days before I saw him again and this time we actually talked to one another.

"Hi." He said.

"Hello. I'm Y/n."

"I'm Pietro."

"Who was that girl from the other day?"

"My sister. She doesn't want me to talk to you."

"How come?"

"I'm not sure. She's coming I need to go."

He said that then shut his window and left my view. 

As time went by we'd gotten closer and even started dating. We were only 13 but we knew we liked each other. His sister and I even talked once in a while. Then the day came. The day I hate talking about. The day he disappeared. 

I looked everywhere for him for 2 months then Hydra captured me and tortured me. They gave me powers then forced me to fight. I didn't have a choice. I was trapped with nowhere to go.

Eventually I gave up looking for him and dedicated my life to Hydra. I didn't have any other choice. I knew there was no escaping so I went along with what they told me to do.
