Chapter Eleven

It's been a few days since I moved in with Emma and I guess her brother who I've gotten to know better. 

Emma was at the store right now so just me and her brother were at the house.

"So..." He said awkwardly.

"So..." I replied.

"What do you want to do Y/n?"

"I don't know..."

We ended up talking for a while. We stared at each other for a second and before I could think twice about what he was doing he kissed me. After a few seconds I pulled away and as soon as I did Emma walked through the front door.

"Emma! Hey. Let me umm help you with the groceries." I was practically over there when I offered to help.

"Okay..." She replied.

We put the groceries away then she grabbed my arm and pulled me into the back yard.

"Okay what's up?" She asked.

"Promise me you won't get mad at me." I replied.

She had a worried look on her face. She's my best friend... I can tell her everything right?

"I kissed Noah..." I replied nervously.

"What?" She sounded upset.

"Emma I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for it to happen it just did and-"

She hugged me.

"That's so great! I got really excited when I heard you were coming and I didn't know you got out of a relationship but I told him all about you and he liked you so I was going to set you guys up but now I don't have to!"

"You're not mad?"

"Of course not! If you guys get married we'd be sisters. Well sort of. Oh this is so great!"

After she said that she ran back inside and I laughed a little then followed her. I walked back into the living room and sat next to Noah. Then Emma sat across from us in a chair.

"Okay. Tell me everything." She said.

Noah looked at me with a confused expression on his face.

"So we were talking and we just kissed. That's about it..."

2 years later... (Long time skip ik but I'm lazy lol)

Me and Noah were dating now and we were really happy. That was until I got a text message from a certain someone.

After I sent that I turned my phone off. I couldn't message him. Not now, not ever. Me and Noah had a date tonight and I was excited. He was talking me to this really fancy restaurant so I had to dress nice.

I put on a dress with heels and some light makeup and called it good. We left to go to the restaurant. 

We were seated and we ordered then we ate. After we finished our food I assumed we were leaving and that's why Noah got up so he could get the check but instead he walked over to me. I didn't know what was going on until he got down on one knee and pulled out a small red box. He opened it and an engagement ring.
