Party Until I Drop or Until My Date Does? Part 2

Taylor's Pov-
Holding my hand, he lead me out the sliding doors and toward the pool away from the house so no one could see us. We walked down the steps and beside the tree next to the table. The pool was pretty big and had a hot tub with stones as the barrier between the other side which is just the pool.
I could smell the faint scent that made my wolf hum, but I didn't care. Josh whispered something in my ear and I shivered from his breaths on my neck. He started trailing kisses up my neck until his lips found mine. He tugged on my lip hungrily and I did the same to him. He had his hands on my waist and my hand was tangled in his hair.
He pulled my body closer to him and he stumbled back a little, closer to the table. He turned us around so that I was pinned against the table and I smirked. He licked my lip asking for an entrance and I parted my mouth to let him in.
We fought for dominance, but obviously he won and started making circles around my tongue. He pulled on my lip again, our bodies moving in rhythm. He pushed me against the table again my butt hurting a little when it hit it. He noticed my pain and kissed me softer. He then started trailing kisses down my neck until he landed on the crock of my neck where someone would mark me one day.
He kissed me there his mouth open making me gasp. Then, we heard a loud growl just as he was about to sink his teeth in my skin. We both looked up to see a guy walking up to us his hands in fists and a very pissed off look on his face. The smell hit me powerfully and I knew he was my mate, for my wolf was howling for him. "He's here it's our mate!!" My wolf cheered. "But we were hitting off so well with josh," she then said. "Shut up, lily," I said my eyes never leaving the strangers. A great amount of power radiated off him and I knew he could only be an alpha. My alpha; realization hit me and I gasped. He growled at josh pushing him off me his eyes full of anger. "How dare you try to mark my mate!!!" He snarled pushing him against the table making me move out of the way or else josh would of squished me. "Alpha I didn't know," he said but I knew he didn't really care. "I've dealt with you all night, but now you've done it," he said threw gritted teeth.
I was left stunned, speechless. He was ready to pound josh for me? What? The mate bond has never been this strong for werewolves. My eyes wide, not knowing what to do, I decided to take a better look at my mate.
He was handsome no doubt about that, way better looking than josh. He wasn't in my grade, but jays age. He was very built, and had freckles. Even though it was dark the moon showed off every detail of him. He had a chiseled face with brown hair that was waved in the front obviously with gel. He had stunning green eyes like emeralds that I wanted to just stare at all day. He was wearing a tight black shirt and I could tell he had a good six pack underneath. His muscles bulged as he pushed josh harder against the table.
I finally found the guts to say something, but only a one liner. "Stop," I breathed out. They both turned their heads towards me and glared at me. I frowned and put a hand on my hip. My mate turned back to josh and got ready to punch him but josh got from underneath him and found some words himself. "Why are you freaking out! She is in to me, not you. What are you jealous alpha, she obviously wanted me to mark her," he growled out clenching his fists.
My mate growled and started moving toward him. "How dare you talk to me that way!?! How do you know what she wants for all I know you could have been forcing her!" He snarled. "I'm right here you know!" I said starring from my mate to josh. "Shut up!" They both said at the same time. "Sorry," my mate instantly said when he noticed what he said. "How dare you tell her to shut up!" He growled at josh. "You said the same thing you jerk!" And he lost it I mean literally. He lunched at josh and josh got ready to fight him swinging his fist. Josh punched him in the jaw, but my mate didn't seem dazed. They're moves were sloppy so they obviously were drunk.
I was surprised no one noticed from inside what was going on but then again the music was on pretty loud. I had to do something or he would kill josh. Or at least it looked like he wanted to. They inched closer to the pool swinging fists and kicking legs. Josh got hit and I winced; I have to do something, so I did the only thing I knew I could.
I started walking up to them, getting in between them, but before I knew it a hard kick hit my stomach and I flew back into the pool. I coughed and wheezed in the pool shivering my ass off. And in pretty sure I was giving the death glare to my mate, who I knew as alpha mason. "Omg I'm so sorry!" He said coming to the edge of the pool holding his hand out for me. I just starred at it. Josh looked at me concerned and came over and stepped into the steps of the pool. My dress soaked, shoes now floating, hair ruined, and makeup melting off- I knew I looked a mess. I sneezed from the cold and then things got interesting. Mason growled so loud when josh swam over to me and hugged me to keep me warm and help me out that my brother and almost the whole party came out. I know your supposed to respect your alpha, or soon to be one, but I was pissed. Jay, a shocked Jay, came running outside and toward the pool. He growled at mason who was the obvious guilty one looking like he had kicked a puppy, which he basically did since he kicked his mate into the pool! Jazz and Matt were next to see what happened and ran to get me and towel pushing threw the crowd that was now forming.
"What the heck happened??!!??" He growled at mason. "Why is my little sister in the pool??!!" He spat out venom in his voice. "How dare you talk to me like that!!" Mason growled. "My sister is in the freakin pool soaking wet like a drowned rat!!! Now answer me what happened??!!" He growled and to my surprise mason didn't do anything but look into his eyes and explain.
Jay looked as red as a baboons ass full of anger. I thought i could see the steam puffed out of his nostrils like a bull ready to charge. I could feel his wolf ready to take control. Jazz came back running with a towel just as josh got me out of the pool carrying me bridal style. I shivered so much, so cold, need warmth. It's summer, but tonight was cold and the water was not helping.
I sank closer and deeper into Josh's chest as jazz came up looking pissed off at mason but worried about me. He didn't even seem to care that josh was holding me. He covered me with the towel and joined a very angry Jay to help him calm down although I could tell he needed to himself. Matt stayed away clenching his fists near the door while gray came rushing out to calm down jazz and Jay.
"Ccollld insside hoouuse," I got out shivering like I just jumped into the Atlantic Ocean. Josh looked down at me with a worried, pissed, and concerned expression. I could see the adoration in his eyes for me. Stacy chose the right time to come sprinting out like a crazy women. "Tay!!!" She came running up to me worrying her head off. "What happened!!? You look like a drenched dog gurl!!?" She said. "Ii aam a wwolf nnot a ddog," I growled out. "Stacy just got make a warm drink for her and no alcohol you know what I mean," he said and she ran off back into the house. "Ok parties over people out of my house, now," Jay commanded and they all rushed out. "Not you, alpha mason," Jay said as mason went to leave. "You have explaining to do." "Fine, only for Taylor," he said looking at me with concern and love in his eyes. He looked the most worried. "Are you ok?? I would never mean to do that to you, I would never hurt my mate. I'm so sorry. I didn't see you. All I could see and think about was Josh. I'm sorry. Please forgive me," he begged on explaining to me. My mouth was in a small "o" shape for the alpha was begging me. The alpha was apologizing to me. My alpha was concerned about me. Omg.
This was all to much to handle. I'm still wet and freezing and all I want to do is sleep. "It's fine you you didnt see me. I I'm the one who got in youyour way," I said taking another chance to shiver and move closer to Josh. "Give me my sister. Your just as worse," he spit out to josh. "What did I do he attacked me!" He growled at both Jay and Mason. "S-stop just brring mme inside. It wasn't hihis fault," I said as josh handed me to Jay.
I felt safer in jays large arms. They held me up safe from the world. I know he'll protect me no matter what. "I'll get you inside, Tay," he whispered kissing me on my forehead. His face contorted as he looked at me in shock and complete worry. "Your heads warm!!" He screamed in shock. "Damn it," mason muttered running over to me.
He put his warm hand on my forehead and I felt sparks ignite. I wanted him to hold me not jay. "She is warm," he cursed himself. "It's all my fault," he threw at himself. Wanting to sooth him I said," no it's not, it it's my fault." He looked at me with adoration in his eyes and shock his head and mouthed no it's not. Uncover was playing as Jay brought me into the house. Jody kept glaring at mason and Mason returned it. "I tried to contact the pack doctor with mind link, he isn't answering, none of them are," mason growled obviously mad at them now.
Stacy came shrieking in with a cup of warm tea in her hands. "Tay, Tay!! Omg what happened??! Which one was it, cutie one or two!!?? I'll rip both their heads off if you want!" She said making me laugh weakly. "I would appreciate it if you wouldn't too my dates or mates head off," I struggled and she went wide eyed on me. "M-masons your mate??!! Alpha mason?!!?" She questioned almost dropping the tea. "Yes, yes I am," mason said with pride.
Jay had laid me down on the couch after mason and jazz set it back up the right way. Jay sat on the circle couch in the middle starring at me worrying. "Jay, I'll be fine," I soothed. He shock his head and ran his hand threw his hair. "Can we get back to more pressing matters," he growled at mason who was telling Stacy what happened. Stacy started bursting out laughing at the story but then quickly shut up when all the guys growled at her.
"Oh come on you know that's funny!! She got kicked into a pool!! You know I'm still worried," she pouted giving them her best puppy eyes. "Stacy knock it off, she could be sick!" Jazz screamed. "Jazz calm down," I said giving him pleading eyes. He nodded and sat next to me reaching for my hand rubbing small circles across it.
"We have to get her to the doctors!" Matt spoke up. I forgot he and Gray were even here they were sitting on the other couch waiting impatiently. "Right but how?!" Jay said. "The car won't be fast enough," gray said. " I know, but we are wasting time just sitting here shes burning up even more," Stacy said holding her hand on my forehead bad quickly taking it off. My head was now spinning from trying to follow the conversation. "Damn," she muttered. After more arguing about what to do someone finally spoke up.
"I'll take her," mason said looking at the ground and then at everyone who were shocked for he had said nothing. I was starting to feel very weak and everyone started worrying even more. I felt weak and hot. I tried to push off the blanket, but couldn't. Jazz noticed and ripped it off like he was angry at it.
"What you mean, you'll take her," Jay questioned. No one was mad anymore especially since they couldn't be at their soon to be alpha. We all understood the reason for him doing it now, even josh. Although I could still feel the tension between the two in the air. "I'm the fastest, being an alpha, so I can get her there quicker than a car," he explained looking for someone to agree.
He looked really worried and that worried me. I didn't want him worrying so much about me. Wait what am I saying I don't care. " yeah right, he's your mate accept it," lily said sounding weak herself. " shut up," I said to her. She giggled then coughing and I coughed myself. Everyone looked at me and Jay agreed.
"Ok let's do it, but first I'm going to carry her upstairs to get her out of the wet clothes. Stacy grab her heels and follow me. He got up, picked me up, and went up the stairs with ease. Mason growled obviously mad he was going to undress me and then dress me in different clothes.
Stacy followed him up the stairs looking like a lost puppy, worrying and trying to do what she was told. "Jay hurry," she said from outside the door. " I know Stacy," he mumbled while taking me dress off. I was left in my underwear and bra while he went to exit the room to go hang it up and obviously talk to mason.
So, Stacy did the rest. She pulled it al off without a care in the world. She dressed me in a clean bra and underwear with my help and went to grab some sweatpants. She helped me put on a black pair and while she went for a shirt I put on some orange socks. She grabbed my uggs and threw them at me before coming back out of my drawers with a shirt. It was a plain short sleeve shirt that was a light purple and helped me put that on. I tugged on the black uggs and she pulled up my wet hair into a bun.
"Jay!!!!!" She screamed and he came scrambling up the stairs flinging the door open. He looked scared and worried and actually out of breath, but then relaxed as he saw I was ok. "Come on," he said softly as he picked me up bridal style again.
He carried me down the stairs Stacy right behind giving mason the you-better-not-hurt-or-make-a-move-on-my-friend-or-I-will-kill-you look. Jazz was sitting in the couch where I was wit mason who was hovering over me the whole time I was laying there. Josh was on the circle couch with a towel wrapped around him.
"Jazz!" I called out as we approached everyone. "He looked up and came over to me smiling softly. "Hey, what you need baby," he said playfully. I laughed weakly and told him to get josh some dry clothes from jays room. He nodded and took off to get him some clothes. "You can't do it in wolf form, she's took weak to hold on," Jay told mason. "I knew that, I was going to and was talking about doing it in my human form," mason said. "Ok, remember what I said. Get her there safely or there will be a problem," he glared at mason. Mason nodded and held out his arms for me. Jay placed me into his warm larger arms and I truly felt safe.
He held me in his embrace and warm pleasing tingles courses threw my body and his too. He smiled down at me and I weakly smiled at him. He was my mate after all. Josh growled and told him to keep me safe and hurry. "We'll be following in the car," Jay told mason and shooed us out the door. "Keep my sister safe," he whispered to mason and kissed me on the head.
It was pitch black out but being werewolf we could see fine. He had a jacket on and the same clothes from earlier. He had no bruises or nothing unlike josh. "I would never let anyone hurt her, they'll have to kill me before they hurt her," he hissed promising every single word. I shivered from his voice and the thought of him dead. He looked down at me concerned and whispered in my ear," it's ok, no one can kill me." I nodded feeling warm and safe in his embrace. Jay nodded knowing it was true. I was already feeling a strong attraction toward him.
And then he took off.
