Chapter 26- Those Nosy Spies

"Kat! Kat? Kaaaat!" The voice seemed so far away. I waved my hands around to quiet it.

"That was my nose Kat." The voice resembled my brother's. Oh yeah he was here.

'Okay I admit it. I stole those chocolates that grandma gave you for Christmas. I'm sorry!' I signed.

"Wait it was you?! I blamed cousin Gina and she slapped me!" Xavier whined.

'It was three years ago! Let it go.' I replied. Meanwhile Lily and Louis were laughing.

'Wait I need a better explanation before we go back to soap opera mode. And someone needs to get slapped.' I said getting into soap mode.

"Anyone home! The door was open." Harry's voice said coming from the foyer. When he appearred Lily slapped him.

"What was that for?" Harry cried out rubbing his sore cheek.

"We're on. And now back to The Mysterious Return. " Harry the poor guy was left confused by it all. Louis was filling him in though.

"Well you remember how Xander had to move right," I nodded my head. It had been one of the most devastating days for me. We had all moved to the couch," well I was sitting in my apartment when the door rang. He was a my door. He had asked to see you but I told him you had moved to England." He finished. Seriously? That's it.

"Oh and he might come visit. Now where are those chips I saw earlier?" I stared at my clueless brother. My first boyfriend, the guy who helped me overcome my problems was coming here. I decided to save the freak out for later when I was alone and away from breakable objects.

'My brother dearest, how long are you staying?' I asked taking a seat next to Louis ( actually pushing Louis until I fit on the couch). We were supremely close, maybe this was a bad idea.

"Well Christmas is around the corner and I might as well spend it with my bratty sister." Xavier munched on his chips happily. I threw a pillow at him for calling me bratty. Then hugged him since I hadn't seen him in months.

"Yay! Now we have three players!!" Lily exclaimed excited. The guys not knowing wht the heck we were talking about looked at us weirdly.

'Every Christmas we go play paintball. I was the winner last year.' I boasted. Lily punched me in the arm. I gave her a dirty look.

"Awesome!! I'm so beating you sis." Xavier yelled. Oh no. It is on.

'Bring it.' I had already asked the boys if they were doing anything for Christmas and they already had plans but they didn't know about our strange tradition. Be jealous Lou. Muahaha.

"No fair! I want to play paintball," Louis pouted. I gave his a mocking pat on the back. His phone rang at that moment and he went to check it. " Sorry guys, I gotta go now. I'll see you all after Christmas. Nice meeting you Xavier. " They shook hands and after I walked him to the door. Knowing my nosy roomates (permanent and temporary) I closed the door behind us.

'Have a nice flight Lou. And a Merry Christmas.' I leaned in to hug him.

"Gonna miss you KitKat. Even your violent nature." I let him call me his nickname for me as a present. We pulled apart and I waved at him.

'Bye.'

"Merry Christmas Kat." He turned and left. I wouldn't see him or the guys for about two weeks. After having them in my life for this short time, I had really grown attached to them. Especially Louis. I opened the door to watch my brother and best friend fall out into the hallway. Why? They were spying on us. I tell ya,nosy.

I tapped my foot waiting.

"So I'm sleeping on the couch right?" And Harry was nowhere to be seen.
