'Louis. Get over it. I won fair and square.' I had won for the 23rd time. Oh yeah. I was the Queen of Go Fish.
"No you didn't. I know you have some sort of spy thing spying on me." He protested stubbornly. I rolled my eyes at his childness. He could be even more immature than me and I had an imaginary unicorn named Bob. Nothing could beat that until I met Louis. Nothing.
'Yes. Because I have the money to buy state of the art spy gear just to win a game against you.' I replied giving him a playful glare. He had gotten better at signing so it only took him a couple seconds to understand it.
"Thank you for admitting it. I accept your apology." He smiled at me and returned his gaze to his cards. I sat with my eyebrows severely raised. He did not just accept an apology I never gave him. Nuh uh.
'Louis. Did you just give yourself an apology??' I asked amused.
"Technically I got it from you but I said it for you." He gave me his famous brilliant grin and I couldn't help but smile back. That goof.
' Louis you make Go Fish sound so mich more important than a card game.' I mused. Then I got an idea and it had to do with my children. The ones from the school though not my own.
"Thanks Kitkat. I try." The grin I had from my idea gave way for a frown. No nicknames. Grr. This was his first strike. Three he's out...literally.
'Louis would you mind coming to my class agin. They miss you and they even gave you a nickname. The wierd crazy one.' I asked giving him the puppy dog eyes. I probably looked mental but it might work.
"Yes!! I miss them. Even the unicorn." He said gleefully. My smile widened then frowned. The unicorn had a name.
'Bob, his name is Bob.' I said and we returned to the game with Lou fighting back laughter.
